Cette maison de luxe face au golfe est situĂ©e directement sur la plage d'Indian Rocks et se trouve dans "The Narrows", une zone unique Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de la plage d'Indian Rocks, oĂč les propriĂ©taires et les vacanciers profitent d'une vue directe sur la plage, le golfe du vue sur la voie navigable Intracoastal!

Cette magnifique maison offre 4 chambres chacune avec salle de bains, plus une salle multimĂ©dia qui offre un canapĂ©-lit queen size pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires. Il y a 4 salles de bains complĂštes et 2 1/2 salles de bains. À l'Ă©tage principal, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit queen-size, une salle multimĂ©dia avec un canapĂ©-lit queen-size, une immense cuisine avec cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, un coin repas pour 10 personnes, une salle familiale et un balcon donnant sur la plage donnant sur la plage et la piscine. Au 3Ăšme Ă©tage, il y a 3 autres suites. La suite principale est spacieuse et offre une vue directe sur la plage et le golfe. La salle de bain principale offre une douche, une baignoire, sa vanitĂ© et celle-ci, un balcon devant le golfe et un dressing. Les 2 autres chambres offrent une vue sur l'eau de la voie navigable Intracoastal. L'une est la "chambre des enfants" offrant deux lits superposĂ©s avec un jumeau sur la couchette supĂ©rieure et la couchette du bas est pleine taille. Dans l'ensemble, cette piĂšce peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. L'autre chambre (4Ăšme chambre) offre un lit queen size.

Au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison, vous trouverez un garage pour 2 voitures, une grande entrée climatisée avec un excellent accÚs menant à la piscine chauffée et au spa, au bain de la piscine et au barbecue en plein air. Parfait pour les grandes familles! Un ascenseur dessert les 3 étages.

TrÚs bien situé à distance de marche du quartier des affaires d'Indian Rocks Beach proposant 5 ou 6 restaurants fantastiques tels qu'Aqua Prime, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, Donut shop, bureau de poste, pharmacie CVS, bibliothÚque et parc aquatique Splash!

Everything about the house was amazing and as advertised! We stayed with our kids and grandkids (ages 3-9) and everyone agreed it was our best vacation ever! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach in our backyard. The grandkids had so much to do at the house that the adults felt rested and refreshed after the vacation - which never happens! We rarely left the property because we had everything we needed. The property management company was delightful to work with and very responsive!

Fantastic home right on the beach!

We (7 adults 2 kids under 7 years) absolutely loved our stay at Coastal Breeze! The home was very clean, well-furnished, comfortable, and with a beachfront location that can’t be beat. Check in was a breeze and communication with the management was prompt and helpful. We’ll be back!

We spent much time in the private pool and on the patio and appreciated the easy direct access to the beach (and back).

The Perfect Beach House

We stayed last week and couldn’t have been happier with the layout, location, amenities of the house. We flew in for the trip, which isn’t always easy for a beach vacay, but the owner had towels, toys, floats, boogie boards, a few styrofoam coolers. Literally everything. Plenty of TVs, plenty of bathrooms, with sufficient towels. Balconies were on every floor, and the actual walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had. Pool patio and deck was awesome.If you stay, recycle as much as you can as there are 2 recycle bins and only 1 trash bin, and they accept a lot of materials for recycling. The location is walkable as advertised. The house elevator was great for our senior guests, and also made packing/unpacking a breeze.Honestly don’t think we would change anything. Loved it.

Beautiful Gulf views and amazing proxinity

We splurged on this gulf-front house and really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and one grandchild. Wonderful pool and hot tub patio right outside and the beach and water just a few steps away. Fantastic views from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice open kitchen. Ample supplies of soap, t.p., paper towels. Nice Keurig and a regular coffee maker and fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Lots of books at the house for adults and children. We enjoyed Keegan’s and Guppy’s and one special dinner at Villa Galace. Also Pipo & Betty’s coffee shop and bakery

It was right on a beautiful part of the beach and the house contained everything to make your stay comfortable. It was a short walk to several fun restaurants and a short drive to others. The manager of the property was there anytime you needed them. I would recommend this property to to anybody that wanted to spend a great week near Tampa.

This is a magnificent property that is well maintained and is exactly as described/shown in pictures! The house has all the amenities and comforts of home. The set up of the house itself is spectacular from the beds/baths, dual laundry upstairs and down, a kitchen/bath accessible from the pool area, an elevator to haul luggage and supplies. The pool/hot tub and beach access are incredible!!! The location is ideal - walkable around Indian Rocks, close to a Publix/Walmart for supplies, short drive to attractions in John's Pass and Clear Water. Our stay included 9 family members with ages ranging from 5 to 70. Everyone had an incredible time and were blown away! We will definitely book this property again for our next vacation in this area.The only 2 cons of the property are the precarious driveway and the fact that it takes up to 30 days to receive the 1k damage deposit refund. The driveway is nerve wracking! We almost went to the properties next door to ask if we could rent a parking spot for the week to avoid the driveway. It is too bad the property management company can't work out a deal with a neighboring property. 7-10 days for a damage deposit refund seems standard and appropriate. Today is day 25 post trip and there is still no sign of my 1k refund although I was assured it is coming.....

Spring break with friends!

We absolutely LOVED this home on the Gulf! Our group had two families; one with 4 adults and 1 teen and the other with 2 adults, a teen and a young child. This home slept all of our group perfectly with beds to spare! We enjoyed the pool when the sun felt too hot on the beach and the beach
wow.. just footsteps from our backyard and absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets were worth every penny we paid for this home. The town had plenty to do and even plenty to walk to from the house. The only thing we would change if we could was the crazy driveway situation. We had to be pretty strategic to get in and out with two cars in our party. We would highly recommend this home and location to anyone!

Coastal Breeze is an absolute gem nestled on the shore of Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking ocean views, colorful sunsets and white sand beach provided a lovely landscape for daily fun and relaxation, not to mention amazing photos. The pool and spa (with retractable awning) offered a nice alternative whenever we wanted a respite from the beach. The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very spacious, providing ample room for our family. The beach views from the huge windows in the family room downstairs and master bedroom above it were truly amazing! The property management team was helpful and responsive. If we had any concerns, it was the parking, which was a little tricky for our 3 cars, but we made it work. We highly recommend Coastal Breeze and Indian Rocks Beach for your next vacation.

Perfect Family Get-A-Way!

Great house and location for a family vacation! Kitchen well equipped to cook meals at home or grill on the pool-side BBQ. Beds were nice and firm with wonderful linen. Bathroom towels were nice and fluffy!! Garage had beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Beach/pool towels were also a bonus to not have to bring your own. Our only negative was upon our arrival the pool was EXTREMELY dirty and water cloudy.... we thought the pool man might be coming but he never showed up on Saturday. The rental manager's office was closed on Sunday but when we called Monday morning they said someone would be out that day. By Wednesday the pool was clean and perfectly clear. Would definitely book a stay at this house again!!!

Loved almost every minute!

We loved our stay here! We appreciated the elevator, enjoyed the hot tub/pool as well as the gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked. The pack n play and high chair were appreciated as well as the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. There were a few hiccups including finding a dead rat in the poolside kitchen area and the microwave quit on us. The cleaning team could also be a little more thorough as there was some accumulated dust in some of the bathrooms/bedrooms. The main issue that we encountered that was not address was that the queen mattress on the main floor was very uncomfortable. This was reported multiple times and ultimately we were told that the owner would not replace it based on one complaint. We would definitely stay here again if the mattress is replaced. We enjoyed the location, beach access and thought the management team was overall helpful.

The Absolute Best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our ladies group had booked a location that unfortunately suffered hurricane damage and Seaside Property Shoppe worked hard and found us a different home to rent which was a MAJOR upgrade! This home is everything you could ever hope for in a vacation rental! The home was comfortably furnished and had the most incredible views! We loved the convenience of having an elevator to get to the 3 different floors with our luggage and groceries. The pool area was perfect with a retractable sunshade, a kitchen near the pool and a restroom right there as well. Everything is at the home! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable bedding, and a perfect location! The home is very well maintained and was perfect for our group of 5 ladies.
