On the main living floor you will find a queen size bedroom, media room with a queen sleeper sofa, humongous kitchen with gas cooking, dining area for 10, family room and a beach front balcony over looking the beach and pool. On the 3rd floor there are 3 additional bedrooms..... The Master Suite is spacious with a direct views of the Beach and Gulf. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, tub, his and her vanities, Gulf front balcony and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms both enjoy water views of the Intracoastal waterway. The "kids room" offers two bunk beds both with a twin on the upper bunk and one of the bottom bunk is full sized. All in all this room can sleep up to 6. The other bedroom (4th bedroom) offers a queen size bed.

On the ground floor of this home you will find a 2 car garage, large air conditioned entry with great access leading out to the heated swimming pool and spa, pool bath and BBQ outdoor grill. Perfect for large families! An elevator runs to all 3 floors.

the responsible party.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.

*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.
