Esta casa de lujo frente al golfo está ubicada directamente en Indian Rocks Beach y ubicada en "The Narrows", un área única en el extremo sur de Indian Rocks Beach, donde tanto los propietarios como los turistas disfrutan de las vistas directas de la playa, el Golfo de México y la gran Vistas del canal intracostero!

Esta maravillosa casa ofrece 4 habitaciones, cada una con baño privado, más una sala multimedia que ofrece un sofá cama tamaño queen para huéspedes adicionales. Hay 4 baños completos y 2 1/2 baños. En el piso principal encontrará un dormitorio de matrimonio, una sala de medios con un sofá cama doble, una cocina enorme con cocina a gas, un comedor para 10 personas, una sala de estar y un balcón frente a la playa con vista a la playa y la piscina. En el tercer piso hay 3 adicionales. La Master Suite es espaciosa con vistas directas a la playa y al Golfo. El baño principal ofrece una cabina de ducha, bañera, tocadores para él y para ella, balcón frente al golfo y vestidor. Los otros 2 dormitorios disfrutan de vistas al agua del canal Intracoastal. Una es la "habitación de los niños" que ofrece dos literas con dos camas individuales en la litera superior y la litera inferior es de tamaño completo. En conjunto esta habitación puede alojar hasta 6 personas. El otro dormitorio (cuarto dormitorio) ofrece una cama queen size.

En la planta baja de esta casa encontrará un garaje para 2 automóviles, una entrada grande con aire acondicionado y un excelente acceso que conduce a la piscina climatizada y al spa, al baño de la piscina y a la parrilla al aire libre para barbacoas. Perfecto para familias numerosas! Un ascensor corre a los 3 pisos.

Excelente ubicación a poca distancia del distrito de negocios en Indian Rocks Beach, que ofrece 5 o 6 restaurantes fantásticos como Aqua Prime, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace, por nombrar algunos, Donut Shop, oficina de correos, farmacia CVS, biblioteca y Splash Water Park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house in a perfect location. It had everything—beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, games. All the rooms were nicely appointed with all the bells and whistles you could want. The elevator was so nice to have —no lugging suitcases or groceries or kids up and down stairs! It’s only weak point was the main floor bedroom furniture and drapes could be nicer. All the other rooms were decorated beautifully with nice furniture and drapes. That being said, I would stay there again, and again, and again!

Absolutely a beautiful home with amazing views. We loved every aspect of the house. The heated pool and hot tub were incredible. We stayed 7 days and loved how close the house was located to the beach and restaurants.

Fantastic home right on the beach!

We (7 adults 2 kids under 7 years) absolutely loved our stay at Coastal Breeze! The home was very clean, well-furnished, comfortable, and with a beachfront location that can’t be beat. Check in was a breeze and communication with the management was prompt and helpful. We’ll be back!

2nd time staying here. Views & location fabulous. Sunset is right in front of you every night. Pool always cleaned and serviced and the golf front was spectacular. Awesome week

Everything about the house was amazing and as advertised! We stayed with our kids and grandkids (ages 3-9) and everyone agreed it was our best vacation ever! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach in our backyard. The grandkids had so much to do at the house that the adults felt rested and refreshed after the vacation - which never happens! We rarely left the property because we had everything we needed. The property management company was delightful to work with and very responsive!

Beautiful Gulf views and amazing proxinity

We splurged on this gulf-front house and really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and one grandchild. Wonderful pool and hot tub patio right outside and the beach and water just a few steps away. Fantastic views from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice open kitchen. Ample supplies of soap, t.p., paper towels. Nice Keurig and a regular coffee maker and fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Lots of books at the house for adults and children. We enjoyed Keegan’s and Guppy’s and one special dinner at Villa Galace. Also Pipo & Betty’s coffee shop and bakery

Perfect for Us & Our Extended Family

The views through the large windows from the main living area and from the main bedroom were spectacular. Dining room table large enough for 10. With guests, we packed 12 around it just fine. Host was very accessible and responsive to any questions. Extra Large kitchen was a major bonus. We spent much time in the private pool and on the patio and appreciated the easy direct access to the beach (and back).

Spring break with friends!

We absolutely LOVED this home on the Gulf! Our group had two families; one with 4 adults and 1 teen and the other with 2 adults, a teen and a young child. This home slept all of our group perfectly with beds to spare! We enjoyed the pool when the sun felt too hot on the beach and the beach…wow.. just footsteps from our backyard and absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets were worth every penny we paid for this home. The town had plenty to do and even plenty to walk to from the house. The only thing we would change if we could was the crazy driveway situation. We had to be pretty strategic to get in and out with two cars in our party. We would highly recommend this home and location to anyone!

The Perfect Beach House

We stayed last week and couldn’t have been happier with the layout, location, amenities of the house. We flew in for the trip, which isn’t always easy for a beach vacay, but the owner had towels, toys, floats, boogie boards, a few styrofoam coolers. Literally everything. Plenty of TVs, plenty of bathrooms, with sufficient towels. Balconies were on every floor, and the actual walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had. Pool patio and deck was awesome.If you stay, recycle as much as you can as there are 2 recycle bins and only 1 trash bin, and they accept a lot of materials for recycling. The location is walkable as advertised. The house elevator was great for our senior guests, and also made packing/unpacking a breeze.Honestly don’t think we would change anything. Loved it.
