The building is not impressive, but the location so close to the water was excellent. I had a great sleep to the soft breeze through the unit and the sound of the waves rolling into the rocks just about 20 - 25 feet from the front porch of the unit. Walkable to all things. I enjoyed it.

The building was originally constructed as a motor-inn in the 1940s, so it may not have the modern aesthetics of a new build and the proximity to the ocean does cause continuous wear and tear with the salt air causing rust (which we combat year around with regular painting and maintenance), but we agree that the location is the real draw. We greatly appreciate your giving us a try!

We loved our stay. The place was cute, quaint, and clean. The bed was cozy. The views were amazing. Falling asleep with the windows open to hears the waves crash was serene. Great location close to restaurants and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect little getaway spot!

Perfect little getaway spot! The property was clean and cared for, well maintained, and the management sent a lot of great local recommendations, many of which we ordered delivery from. There is playground and more sandy beach just a short walk away which was great for my daughter. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

Best beach cottage get away

Great property with the best ocean view! Everything was in walking distance, including great restaurants, and a small grocery store. We stayed for 2 weeks and really liked having a nice laundry room on site. The property manager was amazing, always making sure we were taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back!
