The home has approx. 6310 square feet, a wonderful Great Room upstairs with billiard table, foosball and treadmill/bike machine. Downstairs has a huge living and dining room with table. Huge eat in kitchen with large island. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs has a guest room with futon and full bathroom en-suite. Guest access: You will be able to access the entire home except for the garage one storage room and a few closets, which are used for storage. Please note: I live on the property when it’s not rented, so closets have some clothing hung up, fridge will have condiments, and freezer will have some food.

Other things to note: No outdoor shoes on the second floor. Heels damage the hardwood floor on the second floor. • No parties / large gatherings. • Children 9 years or younger should not go down the spiral staircase alone. • No smoking • No pets • Neighborhood quiet hours are after 10pm. • Backdoor to patio and various windows cannot be left open without a screen.

Reminder: basic cable is not provided in this unit, but HDMI chord connected to a Roku device will be made available to you to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the first floor TV. DVD player with hundreds of DVDs are also provided. We provide a 55” TV not a projector as mentioned in a past booking comment. We provide ground coffee and filters for the Black and Decker. We provide an electric George Forman grill on the patio.
