This charming home sits in the heart of Ogunquit — steps from shops, cafés, and the Marginal Way. Perfectly located for year-round visits, it offers a cozy, private retreat less than half a mile from the beach. With space for up to eight guests, the home combines New England charm with modern comfort, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Inside, you’ll find bright living spaces, four bedrooms upstairs, and 1.5 bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops opens to a comfortable dining and living area with a propane fireplace — perfect after exploring town. A washer and dryer sit conveniently off the kitchen, and outside, a private patio with grill provides space to relax in any season.

Extras include high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku and Apple TVs, games and books, and a garage with beach gear for warmer months. Walk everywhere — restaurants, boutiques, and Ogunquit’s Main Beach are all just minutes away.

Perfect house!

I have been coming to Ogunquit for more than 30 years, and this house is perfect for our family of 6. Big rooms, well decorated, and the perfect location to walk everywhere. We will be back next year!

Location was perfect

Such a great house in a great location. Loved being in downtown Ogunquit. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and all our favorite shops. The house had everything we needed. So convenient to be able to park 3 cars. The little front porch was adorable. Awesome to be able to bring our pups. A/C in every room was such a bonus. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.

Week long family vacation

This house was just perfect for our week long family vacation. The house had absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. There were plenty of beach items for the beach which was a very short walk away. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The linens and towels were nice to have been provided for us. The location was perfect right in the center of town. We would definitely return.

Love!!

We had an awesome stay at this home. It was set up with everything anyone could need. It was clean and welcoming. The weather was crappy this weekend but the home was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of so many things. We didn't have to drive anywhere. It was a getaway for my husband, daughter, her boyfriend and myself. We all loved this home. We hope to be back.

Great location!

We stayed 3 nights and I wish it could have been longer! Our 2 1/2 yo grandsons experienced the ocean and beach for the first time (easy walk from house). As we were babysitting, we appreciated being sandwiched between Greek and Taiwanese restaurants for easy take out. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked! Bonus was not having to bring our own linens. The beds were very cozy and the towels were very good quality. when I had to reach out to the host with a question, she was very prompt in returning my phone call. I would definitely come back again! Thank you!

This well appointed, very clean & cozy home is nestled in the heart of Ogunquit. The location is perfect & within walking distance of everything …restaurants, shops , beach, the Marginal Way-no vehicle needed! The Maine Street rental staff were great & very responsive, thank you! It was a perfect week all around for our sibling gathering & we would definitely look to return next Fall

We had the best stay! This home checks all the boxes for an awesome family vacation. The location was amazing! Quick walk to the beach as well the entire downtown area. Main Street House

We had a great stay at the house.We had everything we needed to cook meals if needed. House was clean, beds comfy, AC worked well. The management company was great and very responsive. Easy check in and out. Great location downtown, close to everything, 7 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend it!

Excellent stay in Ogunquit!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The house is cozy and comfortable. The management bent over backwards to accommodate our last minute reservation. Responses were received in minutes. This is the first time I was called from management on a late Sunday night to make it all happen for us after we were given a last minute cancellation from another stay.

Great location

Love being in the center of Ogunquit. This was our second stay at this property. The house is well equipped, a/c throughout. Property management is great. Shower has the best pressure. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful!!

The home was clean and cozy. It was perfect and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to be able to bring the dog along. Perfect location in downtown Ogunquit. Ideal little spot

Delightful house right in the heart of Ogunquit. Easy walk to Main Street, Marginal Way, beach and Perkins Cove to access all the shops, restaurants and entertainment Ogunquit has to offer.House was clean, with lots of living space to share; bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. 4 nights in Ogunquit

Great location, plenty of room, almost everything worked as it should. Only one complaint really - When we arrived it smelled strongly of dog and other musty smells. It took almost 24 hours to get rid of that smell with the windows open. Be advised, Ogunquit has only one main street thru town and the traffic can be really bad during tourist season.

Park your car and forget about it

Within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Never used the car. Allowing our dog was also a huge benefit. A bit noisy on Saturday night until the club closed. We had a great weekend!

The house is large but cozy and updated. It was exceptionally clean and has all the conveniences of home. The location couldn’t be better within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The host is responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

Cannot say enough things about this property.

This house was amazing! Location was perfect, right on the main drag and walking distance to everything. We took this trip with our adult children and they all said they can’t wait to come back. The house was immaculate and everything you need is on property. We have absolutely no complaints and are already looking forward to next year!!

Great vacation!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family - we loved being in the middle of town and the walk to the beach was easy. The management company was very responsive to all my questions. Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

Maine Street Property Management Review

We were supposed to stay at this property, but due to a situation out of everyone’s control, the house was not available. We found out an hour before we were going to head up to OGT. Maine Street was so great to work with during this crazy situation. They were honest and offered us a full refund or a different property. The new property was farther away from the town center than we wanted so they let us use the parking at the original house, which was key to us agreeing to stay at the new house. It saved our vacation. My kids are all adults now and are busy with college and grad school and us all being together is precious time! I can’t say enough about how easy and communicative Maine St was during and after our stay. When we peeked into the original house it looked awesome. And what a location!!! To be that close to all things Ogunquit - the Backyard and SoZap (best dumplings!) would be amazing! I also have to mention that at both properties you truly didn’t have to bring anything but your own food and personal items. The amount of space that is saved when a property truly has linens and towels and the kitchen and laundry basics is substantial. And my pup was also able to enjoy our vacation, which is important to us since she’s an old lady now. Highly recommend the property on Main St AND Maine Street Property Management.
