Absolutely beautiful place to stay,perfect location, everything we where asking for.

Clean, tons of room, Very accommodating any questions were always answered ,convenience being that close to the beach and swimming pool.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in Ocean Sands. The house is beautiful and has everything you need! The pool is wonderful for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach or when it is a little chilly since we ask for it to be heated. Location is perfect with lots of places to dine out or get takeout to enjoy on the deck or poolside. And you can see you are literally steps from the beach. Plenty of beach towels and toys. This year we saw dolphins on two occasions and a also a stingray jumping one evening. The sunsets are breathtaking! And if you need anything or have a question, they are only a phone call away.

It was okay. Wouldn't stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of stairs, not very clean. Had to wait 15 minutes before we could checkin in- after check in time. House stunk of chemicals for 2 days after check in day. Pool was not clean and not the warmest. We paid extra to have the pool "heated" and I wouldn't say it was heated at all. It was nice to be right on the beach.Parking is super tight. Our rental mini vans didn't fit in the garages. I wouldn't stay here again. Over all rating- 3 stars.

Our girls call it the Barbie house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this house for the privacy of the pool and back yard, that is gated with its own path just steps from the beach and water. The balconies are spacious and protective from rain or shine. And the house provides plenty of space and openness for our family of 6. The walk-in showers are nice as well. We’ve stayed here multiple times. We appreciated our host Joanie, she was very helpful and attentive.
