Wonderful & cute!

This cabin is adorable. Wonderful views. Very clean. My only complaint was the hottub was a little small for four adults. Other than that the stay was amazing! Property owner was very nice and made sure to check in on us. I would visit again for sure.

Great stay great location

The house was fabulous and just as expected. The location was very central but a bit noisy due to the closeness to a major road. The hosts Kathy, Kelsey and Sergio were very attentive. The house had all the comforts of home and the beds very comfortable. We all want to thank the hosts for a wonderful stay.

Hello and Hola! We're Sergio and Kathy and we've lived in Mazatlán for over 20 years. We built this home from the ground up and designed it to be big enough for families or small group vacations without being too huge. And, focused on making it comfy, practical and with all the right amenities to help you relax and have fun.

Why they chose this property

Our home is one of the few properties in the area that has 4 bedrooms and a pool. We designed this house with a classic Mexican vibe that lets you enjoy the history and culture of the country.... but the home is less than 15 years old and includes all modern amenities, so you get the grandeur and the ambiance of old Mexico without sacrificing convenience and comfort.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room & bar, TV room with a 32-inch Smart TV, a full bathroom and lovely Master Suite with its own bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find a laundry/entertainment room where we keep books, puzzles, board and card games and 3 more bedrooms (one Master suite with a King sized bed, a luxury bathroom, a walk-in closet and a beautiful porch, one bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a small porch overlooking the street that shares the bathroom with a smaller bedroom including a double bed). All bedrooms are very well ventilated (all include ceiling fans, portable/floor fans, large windows and/or porch doors, and their own AC.) And, our lovely and private patio offers parking, outdoor seating for 9+ people, a pool with bench seating, a grill and a pizza oven.
