Perfect (if you can ignore the first 2 hours)
The 3 bedroom, 2 storey loft suite was magnificent! The layout was perfect - I could not have designed it better! The view from the 2 storey wall of windows was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils and having a washing machine and dryer were a definite plus! The concierge was very helpful and the cleaning staff were efficient and accommodating (they allowed us to chose our daily cleaning time). If you like to work out, the gym is massive with all the equipment you could ask for.
As for the check in process - it really is quite a process. First of all, check in is at 5 pm which is annoying as the flights from Toronto land around 2 and therefore you cannot get into your room right when you arrive. Most hotels have a 3 pm check-in time.
When you arrive on the property, you are dropped off at a taxi stand and your bags are collected (helpful). Then you walk to a check in station where they take your ID, your credit card deposit but will not tell you which building or room you are in - although they know! The time-share spiel was very brief and the offer of 10% off your meals and purchases is helpful if you want to attend the longer 90 minute spiel.
The frustration was when we arrived at the actual building (so 3rd stop in the check-in process). The person doing our check in mixed up my family and my brother's family and they programmed us into the same room even though we had 2 separate reservations. After taking about 30 minutes to understand the problem, my brother's room still was not ready, even though by now it was after 5 PM.
However, as I stated, if you can ignore the first 2 hours, the other 166 were perfect!
