Beautiful chalet style house on a quiet cove on Lake Hiwassee. Majestic mountain views from large double decks! Pine ceilings and floors, stacked stone fireplace, fully equipped granite kitchen, master on main, partially finished terrace level with great game room, easy walk to lake with stairs to the dock. We now have WIFI


Gorgeous quiet lake surrounded by mountains!! Quaint town of Murphy within 25 minutes with great shops and restaurants. Gated security with amenities and large marina with boat rentals.

******Also interested in trading vacation rentals for a week or weekend!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take trash off property to the dump. Instruments in kitchen drawer.
Set AC(both units) to 80 in summer and heat to 45 in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
