We love this home and are repeat guests! It is a great value for being a 4 bedroom home and has everything we need. The home is clean, well taken care of and in a very convenient location close to town. When coming to Clayton, this is one of the first homes I check for availability.

Doug’s property was amazing. Perfect for a weekend getaway to the mountains. This is in a prime location for fly fishing or wandering into town! I would highly recommend to visit!

Beautiful and cozy home! Family friendly our kids loved playing in the yard and finding snails. Very clean, loved the floors! Quiet neighborhood we enjoyed our family walks.

We stayed here as a last minute booking for a family emergency in the area. Doug was very helpful and the house was not only in great condition, but also in a great location just outside of downtown Clayton. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

This was way more house than we ended up needing but it was so nice! Everything was clean and well-kept, location is just outside of town and easy to get to, and price is very reasonable. We will definitely plan to stay here next time we go to Clayton and need 4 bedrooms. Highly recommended!
