This was one of my favorite places I’ve probably ever stayed. Easy access to the beach, the views from the balcony were beautiful!!!! There’s so many family friendly things to do, and places to eat! This location has everything you need on site. I will definitely be visiting again!

Room was beautiful and the resort has amazing amenities. The beach is a pretty easy walk across the street, and the location is perfectly located near restaurants and stores. We were very happy with our stay.

Very nice! Location was perfect. Only like a 3 minute walk to the beach!! The pools were great. Nice ocean view and spacious patio enough for everyone to enjoy at the same time. I highly recommend staying here. Hoping to go back next year!

Overall the stay and size was perfect. It was clean and neat. Had everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect. Only downfall was the access to the beach and arm band issues. Daughter is in a wheelchair and they had no wheelchair beach access. Arm bands kept falling off in water and were breaking easy. Would recommend telling people to not wear in the water. The communication with owner was great. Answers my calls and we even extended a day on our trip due to just loving the beach and area. All around was a good family vacation and was a nice place to stay.

I wouldn’t stay here again. First thing is we could not get a parking pass had to use the maids then the arm bands wouldn’t work all week. No access to pools and restrooms. No tv in the bedroom and no cable in living room. Better bring your own cookware. The room was nice and clean. Couldn’t get the host to answer or fix the problems.

We got to the hotel and the cleaners were still cleaning 20 mins after check in which was fine. I was kinda bummed when I went in though after that to find there was left over food and drinks in the cabinets. Not to mention a few dirty dishes in the cabinets. We didn’t have tv the entire stay it didn’t work in either room. The cable was out. The oven handle literally fell off when we opened the stove. We had to screw it back in. The microwave would stop turning randomly and the food wouldn’t cook. Overall the view was good and the stay was fine other than those things.

Everything was just as the pictures. The property needs to be updated but is very well maintained. The owner was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be booking again.

Need to get elevators fixed. Cable in room didnt work way to much going on in the property durning spring break to come back for this time frame.

Perfect location

The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful. Please note if you book in January some of the local businesses are closed for the season, but there are still lots that are open. Do your research.

It was just okay!!

The condo needed updated and cleaned better. It needs a plug in bunkbed room.I put new battery it was corroded in clock in kitchen

A memorable Stay

My wife and I wanted to do something with the grandkids before they go back to school. Our stay at Panama City Beach Breeze was awesome. The unit was very very clean and spacious. I’m very big on cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The location of the property was also good. I highly recommend this place to anybody.😁💯

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Everything you need to cook. There was only one beach chair so we added 4 more chairs for the next guests. We also added an umbrella and a cooler. The wagon is old and you can’t take to the beach. I would suggest that to be replaced. Also no beach towels so bring your own. Great access to the beach. Beautiful views off the balcony. All around a very nice place to stay. Owner was very responsive.

Terrible Experience

Arrive at the property and the condo had not been cleaned and all towels and bedding were dirty. The shower curtain had black mold on it along with black mold on the ceiling. The smoke alarm had been ripped down from the wall and laying in a drawer in the bed room with no working battery. Tried to contact the host and was unable. Had to reach out to VRBO customer service and they were unable to contact the host at that time as well. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and a new shower curtain and pillows because the pillows were stain as well. The hide a bed also had black mold and stains.The day before check out the code to the property would not work leaving our belongings locked in the unit and again unable to contact the host. After two hours on customer service through VRBO and waiting another 2 hours the host finally text us a new code but at no time ever called or offered any reimbursement for our expense we had to pay for out of pocket and the cleaning fee. I would never book another property through this host. VRBO customer was very nice and helpful to work with for as much as they could do at the time.

Family summer vacation

We loved our apartment at Laketown Warf. Our host was amazing answered any questions or concerns and was very helpful. Staff was overall amazing as well. 10 out of 10 will stay again.
