This property was spacious, comfortable, quiet and well appointed with everything we needed. So much nicer than a hotel! We loved being able to walk to town and the beach. We also enjoyed relaxing on the private patio where there always seemed to be a cool breeze! Most of all, we appreciated being able to bring our elderly dog, who enjoyed the trip as well. We would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was very nice and not far from the village. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to easily make a meal. The host was very responsive when we had any questions.

The apartment was comfortable. And it’s very conveniently located. You can walk into town. Ken is highly responsive to inquiries. Great stay in a wonderful beach town.
The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable.
We stayed for a week and walked to the beach every day. Ken and Brad made a point to welcome us and made sure all our needs were met. Very accommodating.

Quiet quaint rental, owner well described property and very accommodating over and above! Loved the private outside patio area!!! Property was well taken care of and groomed, inside was clean and well appointed.
Beech cart was a game changer!!!
Thanks Ken for the opportunity to stay at your property!!
This unit is a fantastic reprieve for a relaxing week. A quiet, private apartment with a lovely patio and backyard. Our shih tzu especially loved the outdoor space. Short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach! We rarely used our car due to the convenient location. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Nice basement apartment with a private patio. Convenient walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Quiet local roads for walking the dog and lots of chipmunks for her to chase. The apartment is well maintained and well stocked, but the bathroom is a bit tight. Ken was very responsive to any questions.
The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed with two comfortable couches a Internet ready television and full kitchen. Although the shower is a bit cramped it gets the job done :-). The host Ken, was ever ready and responsive to the few questions that I had. The apartment is peaceful and is less than 6/10 of a mile from Route 1Aand downtown Ogunquit. I highly recommend the blueberry muffins at the “Morning in Paris” bakery, their coffee is excellwnt as well.

Thank you to Ken and Brad for the warmth welcoming. Even a little present for our dog! The place was very clean, including kitchen and linen, towels provided. We were a family of 4 with little dog and the place was perfect for our stay. My only comment would be that you need to be in shape to walk to the beach! 25 minutes walk carrying all the beach stuff! However, it kept us in shape!! Ken was always responding fast and recommending places to
Go, or eat. It was a great week and we were sad to leave. We recommend this place, near the action, but surrounded by nature! And amazing houses! Goodbye Ogunquit!

It was great having you and your beautiful family enjoy the apartment and our lovely neighborhood! We hope to see you all again soon!
Great apartment reasonably close to the beach. Only thing we didn't like was how small the shower/bathroom was. Ken was a fantastic host. Very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit very much, host was very accommodating and and personable and gave us our privacy. Walk downtown to beach and marginal way a little longer for older folk, but close. Was nice that we could bring our dog whom enjoyed her stay as well. Bathroom and shower small but did the job. All and all was nice for a basement appartment.
Beautiful, quiet, peaceful neighborhood with excellent hosts. Incredibly well appointed apartment with more amenities than I imagined. Five star. SHHH!!! don't tell anyone so we can keep it to ourselves!
It’s a basement apartment so short ceilings and not much natural light but clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. On the borderline of being a reasonable walk to beach. Charged $60 to replace beach cart though only damage we caused was a rip in fabric of side pocket. My wife suggested this remedy but I think he should have charged less.
