This is a lovely home, in a lovely residential neighborhood in Santa Rosa. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed and bedding in the master bedroom was wonderful, allowing for a peaceful sleep. It also opened up onto the backyard patio. I especially enjoyed the full Comcast tv service, including on demand access. There is no driveway but parking in front of the house was always available for our 5 day stay. There are tiles a bit lopsided on the curb making for careful footing. We were attending daily events at the fairgrounds and the drive there could not have been easier (1.5 miles away). The back yard was very pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Most enjoyable stay. The house is so clean and charming - the kitchen is so well stocked with appliances - we didn’t want to come home!

Rentals are not inexpensive in Ca. but this is a very cute house in a very lovely quiet and friendly neighborhood in Santa Rosa. Close to stores, a local neighborhood park and not far from Armstrong Redwood Park, Children's Museum, Charles Schultz Museum, etc.Home is well stocked, spacious, nice layout with a private deck. Garage is detached and not convenient to use, but on the street parking is safe and easy for accessing the front door. Would stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Santa Rosa.

Very sweet neighborhood and spacious home. We stayed for three weeks as we are real estate hunting so it really stood the test of time. Very accommodating and accessible!

Exceptional Property

Beautiful house and property / garden. Well- stocked kitchen and baths. A ‘20’s home that looks brand new. Great, quiet location on a beautiful street and just a short walk to groceries and restaurants.

Lovely stay in Santa Rosa

Everything about this house was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the patio. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you could think of needing. The house was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood

The house and neighbourhood were perfect for our visit to our son at Sonoma State. We live on 70 acres in the hills of the central coast so staying in a charming house on a charming street where we could walk to coffee/donuts/restaurants was lovely. The house is delightful and has everything you need!

Adorable

Fantastic, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard, entertaining areas, and kitchen. Plenty of room for five people. Helpful handbook of nearby wineries, eateries, and sundries, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Relaxing accommodations in Santa Rosa

My family was in town for an event and appreciated the chance to stay in this home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and seamless. The hosts responded very promptly to questions that arose during the stay. The home is set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood and provided comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing in between other activities. My family would happily stay there again next time we are in town.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Super cute cottage on a lovely, quiet street. We were in town for our nephew's wedding with our adult children and needed a place to chill in between family activities. This house was perfect!

Charming, peaceful retreat

Comfortable luxury! Quiet surroundings, a peaceful, outdoor space, and a well-appointed kitchen made this a fantastic workspace while consulting at a nearby company. Tree-lined streets in this historic neighborhood were so inviting for early morning walks. Hosts were communicative and gracious. Will definitely add this to my favorites list!

Charming Gem

We were delighted with the house. With four adults, it was the perfect size. We loved the courtyard. The neighborhood was very walkable with cute houses and beautiful gardens. We didn't venture into Santa Rosa proper - it was so nice to have the room to spread out after spending four nights in a hotel that we just wanted to stay in. The location was perfectly situated to a couple of our scheduled winery tours. The kitchen is very well-appointed and the master bathroom is luxurious!

Great wine-country launch spot

Perfect location to head in any direction for hiking, good food and wine tasting. Many great dining options within walking distance. Host easy to work with, home well equipped and comfy. Great neighborhood!

Excellent location and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and Jo's and Ed's place. This was close to many restaurants and areas of our interests. The master suite and remodeled kitchen/living area really stand out in this property with wonderful amentities.

Lovely Historic Home - Clean & Comfy!

We rented this lovely home when we were in town to see our new granddaughter. The home was impeccably clean! The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. I made big meals every night and found everything I needed in their well- equipped kitchen including nice sharp knives! Jo & Ed were extremely responsive when we had questions along the way. The neighborhood is so nice with many other well kept historic homes and you can walk into downtown Santa Rosa as well! We have rented many homes and found this to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well-maintained homes so far!

Philip’s funeral mass

This was such an emotional and difficult weekend for us. My family attended a funeral mass for my son and we gathered after. This house was so warm, lovely and charming it was a blessing. I don’t know why but I immediately felt at home there. Everything we could have needed was available. We loved it and it was a very comforting place to stay. If they ever want to sell it I want to make the first offer💕💕💕

Cutest House on the Cutest Street

The photos in the listing don’t even do this place justice. The house couldn’t be any more darling. I came with 2 other couples and a 6 month old - there was plenty of space. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the wine we bought each day. All of the beds were super comfortable. The house had everything you need for a great/easy stay. Will 100 percent look this place up on our next trip to the area.
