Your Home Away from Home at the Beach

This beautiful home is a rare find in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Located on a corner double lot in the much desirable mobile home section of the campground. As soon as you walk up the covered steps to the main level, you are greeted by a large wrap around deck. Inside is a spacious open concept kitchen and dining area, beautiful archway entry into the living room with numerous windows for sunlight. The private master suite is located on the main level. Upstairs there are two more master bedrooms with one leading onto a private balcony where you can relax and watch the golf carts go by. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Palm Pointe is conveniently located to all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer!
We take pride in providing our guests with a home away from home at the beach. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for your stay. A cleaning fee is required. Bring your own linens (sheets and towels) for 1 king and 4 queens. A linen service is available for an additional fee upon request. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. A gas grill is provided for your use (you must provide your own gas.) We do not have a golf cart included in the rental but Ocean Lakes rents golf carts for a portion or all of your stay. Ocean Lakes requires a parking/gate fee not included in rental that also gives you access to all the campground amenities. $12 per day per car. The property can accommodate 3 cars for parking.

Note: Reservations for the next year are accepted at the end of October each year.

We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of Ocean Lakes & their children activities. The house was in a cery good lication withon l bedrooms & bathrooms was roomy to accomodate our family of 10. The location of the house within Ocean Lakes was very good.

This was our second stay in this house and it was just as nice as we remembered! It’s in a great location, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would need to cook while you stay. We had three families staying and three small children, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kids also loved all of the Halloween activities in the campground this time of year. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Great house

Property was as advertised, great house, excellent communication with owner. Plenty of room for everyone, walking distance to beach and water park but renting a golf cart makes everything easier. Enjoyed the large deck and seating areas outside, could even enjoy outside seating during thunderstorms.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Neighbor was not friendly and watched everything we did. Owner watched every move on the cameras outside on upper deck of house. Complained to me one day because we had music on at 2pm and it was not that bad. It was like walking on eggshells and I paid a lot of money for this house. I’m just about done with ocean lakes just always seems like there is drama. House was nice and supplied well besides zero toilet paper and we had to bring our linens.

Better than okay

I saw lots of reviews about the cleanliness. The house was pretty clean but our feet were BLACK after walking around the house for a short period of time. I’m sure owner would have made it right, but we didn’t say anything. We knew that the house would probably get dirty anyway. The rooms are smaller than they appeared in pictures but we made it work. We planned to grill our last night there. We bought a ton of food to grill and the propane, but the grill grates were not great. My husband said they were “collapsed”. We wasted a ton of money. We had bought the groceries our first day before we even arrived at the house. Maybe that’s our fault. We didn’t realize until after we ate that there was a small charcoal grill under the house that could have possibly worked. We didn’t check on condition of that at that point. And unfortunately, half of our crowd doesn’t like charcoal because of the strong flavor it can have. Besides all of that, it was a great stay. Owner was responsive and understanding that we had an extra person. She answered lots of my questions beforehand. There were a lot of seats on the porch so we did enjoy sitting and watching the golf carts. We would probably stay again.

Great Stay

I will recommend Miss Dani’s’s place. Her home is clean, beautiful, and cozy, this was my second time staying. I will definitely stay again, my family and I had a wonderful time! Another added to my memories.

house was in a great location to pool and beach. lots of room for me and my friends. the pollen on the porches was really bad and we spent a lot of time there. the kitchen floor was dirty as well. everything else was fine

Quick treat

First time staying at ABA, so I wasn't aware of all the things we needed to bring . But the house is beautiful , the amenities were spectacular, everybody had a ball . This was a Birthday trip for my baby turning 18 and she loved it !!

Home Away From Home

This is truly a home away from home in one of my most favorite vacation spots. This is a great vacation home for families. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely rent this home again for our next visit to Ocean Lakes.

We had a great time at Ocean Lakes staying in this property. There was adequate space for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Danis was great! Very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as pictured. Would stay again.

Just okay -pretty dirty

Pros- the location was great and there was plenty of room Cons- wifi wasn’t great. Floors were FILTHY upon arrival like it wasn’t mopped in months, sand on the floor in a pile, dust on every light fixture and blinds, dirty toilets and the dishwasher didn’t work.

Although our family sporting venues are now golf and tennis, we love Ocean Lakes for our vacations and tournament weekends.
