This is our second visit and it's as welcoming, cozy and well-appointed as we remembered! Very good for our large family with a well stocked kitchen for cooking at "home."

Great New Year’s Getaway

Really enjoyed our time here and the accommodations were perfect for our group (2 families, 4 adults and 3 children) on a getaway for New Year’s. Location was close enough to downtown and the house was quite clean and welcoming. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Wedding Weekend

Our son got married just west of Traverse City so we used the house for our family to stay at for the weekend. It was a great location, perfect size, clean, and Maggie was very accommodating! Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful home

Perfect location, beautiful home. Fit 7 girlfriends for the weekend with room to spare. Maggie was a gracious and communicative host. Will definitely consider using this rental in the future

This property was in the perfect location! We walked everywhere and had a blast. The house is much larger than the pictures show and it was so well maintained. I would love to stay here many more times.

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 women. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We did struggle with the sound for the TV, and the first night there were complaints of the temperature in the first floor bedroom. This was fixed with a fan, but otherwise it seems like the AC struggles to reach that back bedroom. Kitchen was very stocked for anything we needed, and overall it was an absolutely perfect home base for our northern Michigan adventures.

Girls Weekend

Our group of 7 girls fit perfectly! We had a a amazing time and the location was perfect walking distance to downtown traverse city for coffee in the morning and dinners at night. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the upstairs stone shower was amazing! Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and includes everything you'll need for your stay. The location is outstanding. You're a quick walk to food, entertainment, and everything else located in the heart of Traverse City. I wish we had stayed longer. I highly recommend!

Great property. Very clean, organized, great floor plan. Excellent bathrooms and showers. Well apportioned kitchen. Easy to get downtown TC and beaches. Easy parking. Well decorated. Would definitely stay agin.

Amazing!!

This is one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, incredibly well equipped and a great location! It’s obvious the owner put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the property. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We were in traverse city for a vineyard wedding and this location was perfect! The house was walking distance to downtown and a short drive to numerous wineries. The house was very clean and well stocked/prepared. I have stayed in numerous VRBOs and was very please by the amount of toilet paper in each bathroom 😂 (sometimes it’s the little things). Would stay here again 😊

Great stay at beautiful home with intricate woodwork

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. Maggie was great to work with and always responded quickly. Home was clean and spacious but cozy and comfy. Intricate details throughout the home make it quite unique. Upstairs shower is beautiful. Bedrooms great and loved the sound machines. Mattresses were great quality and everyone slept soundly. Great kitchen for cooking. Location is not only amazing for access to downtown but equally great for chuldren. Amazing playground across the street and walkable to many great establishments. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!!

Holiday Hockey Tournament

Our family of five (two adults, two older teens, and one middle school child)traveled to Traverse City from Texas over the holidays for an ice hockey tournament. This property was wonderful for our group with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and closets were well stocked, with all of the comforts of home (pot/pans, linens, paper products, soaps/detergents). Some of our family joined us to play board games and have dinner at the house as well. Everyone was impressed and quite comfortable. We'd all like to return sometime! I will add the space is much larger than it appears on the post. Highly recommended!

Wine, Distillery & Brewery Tour

The house was beautiful & up to date. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean & in a great location. The only downside was the road noise can be very loud at times.
