Continuing our commitment to annual enhancements, April 2026 will bring a brand-new oceanfront sofa in the main TV room and a Serta Perfect Sleeper Hotel Nobility Suite Plush mattress for elevated comfort in the bedroom.
Balcony-height Adirondack chairs and an exterior ceiling fan enhance outdoor comfort.

You can't beat the view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the boats. Condo is well decorated and had everything we needed. Nancy was so nice to work with. The only problem with our stay was its was to short. Will rent from again.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had fantastic views. It is close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the crowds. Nancy was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the perfect place to stay on our trip to Hilton Head. Beautiful updated condo with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. Check in was super quick and easy. Already taking about booking again next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was the best! It was easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunch preparations. The location in the Coligny area is our favorite on the island. Very close to many great restaurants. We will be back!

As advertised, very clean and enough space for us. Really enjoyed getting up to walk along the beach and see dolphins and all the birds. The balcony was perfect for having a beverage at night and coffee in the morning while watching and listening to the waves. Beautiful setting. Definitely family friendly beach as the water is pretty calm (other than our first morning following a storm) and shallow a ways out.

Waking up every morning to the ocean view in a condo that provides all that we could ever need and owners who always have an update to their condo to make it even better. Love the space and the neighborhood. Can never get enough of Hilton Head..

Perfect getaway

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the pool and beach. The unit has an amazing outdoor space overlooking the beach and we ate almost every meal out there. The owner was very helpful, as well. We had a great vacation!

This villa has an awesome view. While many buildings are oceanside, this villa is on the top floor and directly faces the beach and ocean. There is ample seating on the covered, private balcony. You will be able to enjoy the sea air and a view of the ocean in rain or shine. The sunrise is unbelievable!

We are surrounded by other equally beautiful properties with lush landscape.
Our parking lot now has a security gate to add to your privacy. Park your car and walk or bike to a number of local shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza.
