property is directly in front of beach and pier. lots of restaurants nearby. bike and sports rentals are at the beach and pier. fitness room with dry sauna on site. daily activities provided by wyndham. condo is operated by Wyndham , a timeshare company. Manages the property and a timeshare presentation is not required. Room is ocean view. Parking is included in the stay. Hot tub jacuzzi is in the master bedroom. 2nd room has queen size bed . Queen size pullout bed in the living room. Pool and beach towels are provided. Blue ray dvds are available at the front desk. No fee. Ask for popcorn and hot chocolate, also free. Rooms were recently remodeled. Refundable $250 deposit taken at checking and released at checkoutproperty is managed but
