Beautiful home & location

Grace has a beautiful home in a unique and breathtaking location. Her property easily fit all our friends and family staying with us for our wedding weekend. Additionally, not only was Grace extremely flexible with our check in, but went above and beyond to make our experience as perfect as possible. Would absolutely recommend.

AMAZING hosts and location, definitely recommend

My family and I had a great time staying at Po and Grace's villa. They are really hospitable and responsive whenever I had any questions. Their villa is beautiful, spacious, remote and was everything we needed. They allowed us to have the perfect wedding home and experience for our guests to come visit here and there. I definitely recommend staying here on any occasion!

As advertised - Idyllic and secluded getaway

This house was amazing. We were able to sleep 10 people very comfortably. The balcony, which stretches the length of the house, provided an incredible view of the valley and reservoir. A fire pit and heat lamps made it very easy to take advantage of the balcony after sunset. The adjoining guest house has two bedrooms and makes it easy to provide additional privacy for any guests that may require it - perfect for anyone looking to go to bed earlier than the rest of the group, for example. The owner was very responsive and eager to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you have a big group and are looking for a secluded getaway that is still within driving distance from San Jose/Monterey/Carmel then this place is ideal. Even a 15 minute drive into Morgan Hill itself will give you great options for dining. We had a fantastic long weekend and would highly recommend this place.

Amazing memorable time

This property is beyond amazing. The owners Mr and Mrs Lin are very accommodating. Ms Grace was just heaven sent with her hospitality and just super down to earth. She is so kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything is set for us and we were having a good, comfortable and amazing stay. We all felt very secure being in this home considering how big it is. This place is so gorgeous and luxurious I can’t even explain it. Picture definitely doesn’t do it justice. It’s so peaceful and the stay just made us all feel like we’re super vacation mode. We spent our daughter’s first birthday here with family and it sure is going to be a memorable one. This place had everything we needed. Super clean and organized. Even though it was cold outside, we stayed out anyways and we still enjoyed it and couldn’t get enough of the views from the balcony, pretty much views everywhere from this house. We loved it so much that we extended another day. We spent hours playing with the pool table that they had downstairs, exploring the backyard. So beautiful! If I can give more than 5 stars, more like 100 stars I would! This place is worth every penny. This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. We are so thankful and blessed to be able to stay in a place like this mansion villa, thanks to Ms Grace!

The house was an amazing Villa with breathtaking views. It also had all kinds of amenities. We had a party of 10 and with the air mattress ( which was of good quality) everyone was comfortable. Grace was an amazing host and provided us with coffee, water and anything else that was in the house.

Beautiful House and Gardens

The location was private and quiet. Kitchen was gourmet and fully supplied with cook wear. Bedding could be improved with duvets and linens. Flow of the house was great for a large family,. Gardens were incredible and views amazing. Owners were kind and gracious.

Beautiful View

It was a memorable experience. I had a 50th birthday party for my husband. I rented tables/chairs and used a catering company. We had the party in the backyard area next to the built in Grill and sink. Plenty of parking and no one got lost. Gated, so we used it at night but had it open during the day. The inside had a baby grand piano and these massage chairs that were popular. There were many decor items but not displayed as they should so I did rearrange the decor to better show them off. We ventured out to one of the many wineries around which was nice. The guest house was perfect for the teenagers. The host communication was great, any questions I texted her she responded back quickly. We had a hiccup with the TV so the host husband made a quick visit to help us out. It’s a lovely place. The only thing that I had a hard time with were the yellow jackets. They sprayed for them and we also sprayed but they just wouldn’t go away. On the other hand, no mosquitos.

Spacious peaceful retreat

Grace was the kindest, warmest host we have ever encountered. We felt so welcomed as guests and felt like family in her home. Breathtaking views, absolutely gorgeous landscape with total seclusion and quiet. This property has absolutely everything we needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and plenty of room to spread out or to hang out together with all 9 of us. The teens loved the pool table and the massage chairs were loved by all. We slept great and each enjoyed peacefully sitting on the deck overlooking the lake in the mornings.

Great place for a small gathering

I rented this property to accommodate several of my friends who were in town attending my wedding. The place was wonderful and had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy. The view's are beautiful and the outside property is a lovely place to explore.

From the moment the gates opened and we began the long drive up to the house a sense of peace and calm came over all of us then we got to meet Grace who is the most beautiful kind and generous host I spent my 50th birthday weekend with my closest girlfriends and could not have asked for a more magical setting thank you
