This house was even better than the pictures. We loved our stay here It was like being at our own private resort! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were a highlight for the family.

Amazing location, view, and property

We stayed for my wife's 50th birthday dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is super convenient, yet secluded. The views are stunning and property has everything you could possibly need!

The property is literally just as beautiful as the pictures. They are adding on another covered patio party structure that will be so cool when complete. Also, the communication is just as good as described in all the other posts. The whole thing was a breeze. It wasn’t super hot weather so we opted to heat the pool during the day and then some of the group went in the spa in the evening while the rest of us sat by the fire. So relaxing! The only thing I will add for future renters- there is no ice maker in the fridge. There is a smaller one in the bar fridge but if you have a big group and need more ice, plan to get some bags to keep in the freezer. Also, there are a LOT of stairs. Both between the first floor, second floor and drop in living area and kitchen, and then again through various levels outside. This isn’t so bad except we brought our 89 year old parents and they had a little trouble. Just a heads up for older guests or someone that needs assistance. Overall the place was such a treat and we had a really great time. Thanks Matt!

Comfortable, spacious and peaceful accommodations, for a family wedding at the Shadowbrook Restaurant. Matt is an attentive host who wants your stay to be the best experience. Soquel Villa is a close drive to amenities. The setting and views are a 10, just gorgeous! Wonderful to wake up to and go to sleep. If relaxation and serenity are your thing then Soquel Villa is your place.

Perfect Oasis on a Hill

Beautiful place for a quiet group that loves to cook, eat, and lounge around. The kitchen was really well appointed for cooking for a group. The pool and poolside was very relaxing with a gorgeous view. The theater was an added treat and the beds were super comfy. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa!

This villa is gorgeous and perfect for a getaway of family or friends. The manager Jay was extremely helpful. It was exactly what we wanted and we had a wonderful time.

Santa Cruz villa

What a great property overlooking the bay. Quiet place with privacy. Deer in the backyard at night. The pool and spa were great. We really enjoyed the theater and fully used the kitchen and pool table and corn hole. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Wedding Weekend

We stayed with our kids and grandson and our inlaws this weekend after attending a family wedding. I was perfect as we go to spend quality time just relaxing! The pictures don't do justice to the property.
