STR#303492 - Immaculate and unique condo featuring a large and comfortable great room with vaulted ceilings, skylight, large west facing windows and fireplace. Three bedroom unit sleeps 8. Beautiful new laminate wood flooring and custom floor tile throughout. Character galore! Master bedroom suite overlooks the ski slopes of Crested Butte Mtn Resort and offers a jetted tub and a double-headed steam shower. Nicely furnished with all new paint, appliances and floor coverings. Complex amenities include an inviting south facing deck with a large hot tub and gas grill. All this and a very short walk to the West Wall chairlift!
Shuttle bus to town directly across the parking lot!!
This three bedroom unit is conveniently located in the Mountain Edge Condo complex. Our renters are going to enjoy mountain living at its finest with world class skiing and mountain biking just minutes away. The Mountain Edge complex is conveniently located only a two minute walk from the West Wall ski lift. This top floor unit enjoys views of Mt. Crested Butte as well as the sounds of a seasonal creek.

Great location

Group of us stayed here for our annual ski trip. The location was great, close to the mountain and downtown Butte. Communication with the owner was great. The condo met all our needs.

Great vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was great aand we could not have asked for a better location that fit all our needs. Ski in and ski out was ideal. Clean. Fully stocked. Nice to work with.

Great family ski condo

We stayed here for our family ski trip, with two adult/college kids and two of their friends. The place was perfect for us. The photos were accurate, and the condo was a short walk from the WestWall lifts and bunny slope lifts that can easily get you to Red Lady and Silver Queen. It was a 10 min walk to Mountaineer square, or bus takes you there 2X per hour

Nice place with convenient location

Nice place with well thought out amenities. Plenty of beds to accommodate our group of 8. 5 min walk to the west wall lift chair. Hassan was very responsive by text and was able to quickly resolve several issues during our stay. No ski locker so have to leave skis outside the unit in the hall way. Two flights of stairs with no elevator access to get to the unit. A little taxing loading/unloading luggage and walking to and from skiing in ski boots everyday. Overall a good stay, but will likely find accommodation closer to the lift chair next time.

Accuracy of listing

The property was not a ski in ski out. You had to walk uphill on a paved road about 100 yards to get to the slope. The condo was not clean. The ceiling fans had dirt dripping from them. There was no sheet on the trundle bed. All the sheets were threadbare. The dryer did not dry despite leaving garments in for hours. The spare bathtub was clogged and we had to fix it before use. The upstairs sauna cap blasted off when we tried to use it.

Excellent slopeside property

We wanted to do a ski in ski out place in CB on the mountain. Very convenient to get to the lifts, maybe a 4-5 minute walk. Dated, but spacious and clean condo. Nice hot tub. Everything we needed to prepare meals. Owner even let us check in a few hours early. Would go back!

Great Condo

Great experience overall! Condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with owner was fantastic. Steam shower was a bonus!! Highly recommend!

Excellent communication, good spot

Hassan was amazing to deal with and when we had an issue with the buildings plumbing the response was swift and complete. The building is older but the space is much nicer than the building itself. It would be nice if the listing stated there was no elevator and that the main bedroom is upstairs in the unit. As a repeat traveler to the area I would recommend to anyone with kids.

Want to get away?

Cute little condo. Great location if you want to be close to the ski resort. Easy access to the bicycle path to downtown. The only thing that worried me about the property is the stairs leading to the master bedroom. They are smaller steps and a little steep. I was afraid someone was going to fall down them. Other than that, the property is great!
