About this property

2024 Winter Renovation being performed. There will be a new updated kitchen, dining area and master bathroom. Spacious updated home steps to Dock Square and less than a mile walk to Gooch's Beach. Five bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen), 3.5 bathrooms, large kitchen with high end appliances, ,large living room with a smart TV, sitting/workspace room for reading/working and an additional TV room. There are AC widow units in all of the bedrooms. Large lawn with extensive deck featuring picnic table, long chairs, couches and a gas fire-pit,. Grab your beach bag and walk or bike to Gooch's or Mother's Beach! All the restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk from the house.

The house comes with all bedding including sheets and bath towels.

Nice house in a perfect location

The house is very comfortable with many sitting and eating areas. A well-furnished large kitchen made it a pleasure to be in. Walking to the beach or into town were easy as it sits just between the 2. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful Kennebunkport Home

We came back to the area after many years to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and included thoughtful details. The proximity to Kennebunkport was exceptional. We would definitely rent again - highly recommended!
