This 1056 square foot house sleeps up to 6 across 3 bedrooms, so there is room for the family without anyone climbing a single stair. Warm up by the fireplace after a day on the water or the slopes, fire up the BBQ grill on the patio, then wind down in the hot tub before turning in. The fenced backyard gives kids and adults their own space to spread out, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule.

✦ The home is single-level with no stairs, which makes moving in and around easy
✦ Self check-in with a smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings; celebrations or events are strictly prohibited at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ Responsible guest: the primary renter must be 25 or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
