The en-suite master bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.The guest bedroom on the first floor features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers another queen-size bed.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a heated pool ($175/night), and a luxurious hot tub (Heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine. Bocce ball and basketball courts promise hours of family fun. The basketball court can also be converted to a volleyball court.The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen. Head to the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal.The front porch offers more space to enjoy the fresh air.

CANCELATION POLICY - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
