Large Oceanfront 4 bdrm Corner Unit (8th Floor) by Luxury Beach Rentals

Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family-oriented section of the beach. This 4-bedroom suite on the 8th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront wrap around balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet as well as tile flooring. There is another large bedroom with a king bed and its own private bath. This bedroom also has its own private balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom offers two double beds, and the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. Other features include smartTVs in all rooms, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children's splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The owners have provided 6 beach chairs for this condo.

It was absolutely awesome! We will certainly stay there again! The condo was beautiful, the ocean views were awesome, the host was very responsive and quick with replies to the couple of messages we sent. Also, the furnishings in the condo were beautiful.

Nice pool, super easy access to the beach. Loved the balcony. Dining area easily sat 9 people. Outside storage closet stocked with a lot of beach ammenities. Large living room, nice washer & dryer. Large bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware. Would definitely rent again.

Nothing is far from this place! Parking was easy. Pools were great. Very responsive management for the smallest questions. Worst part of trip was shutting door on the way out.

Great spot for families

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was very spacious, updated and fit all of us really well. The wrap around deck was awesome. It was in a great location and was perfect for what we were looking for. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was closed the entire duration of our stay which was a big reason for us booking it to begin with and it was too cold outside to use the outdoor pool and lazy river. Overall would definitely recommend assuming the indoor pool is fixed.

Baseball tournament

This condo has a beautiful view and wrap around porch. The condo was very nice and clean. The location to the Ripken baseball fields was easy and a close drive. The beach was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

Great location! Overall, the condo was clean. We did find a dirty q-tip and a child’s slipper under a bed. I recommend the owners spend some money for new headboards. Every time you turned over during the night, the headboards would squeak.The layout was great for a large group. The location was close to many activities. The wraparound balcony was awesome. Even though it was too cold for the beach, we were very close.

Fall Break 2024

We loved the condo. Very clean and well maintained. Huge balcony was a family favorite. One mistake we made was bringing all of our beach gear. Note that they already have everything you need in the outdoor storage closet. A wagon, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys etc.. We will definitely be staying here on our next Myrtle Beach trip. Thanks again for the excellent accomodations!

We had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. Double aspect windows in living area and wrap around corner balcony were nice. Pretty beach decor. Manager checked on us by text to make sure we had what we needed a couple of times.

Communication with property manager was excellent. They answered all questions immediately and handled an issue on day 1 immediately. Kitchen is well equipped with clean utensils and new pots/pans. Pictures are accurate on condo layout. Only issue is some bathroom faucets, etc. need replacing- jets on tub in master bathroom cannot be used do to cleanliness and some mold forming in master shower. Floor needed to be cleaned after our arrival which took a lot longer than expected and we had to vacate the premises. We were a family of ten ranging from 1 year old to grandparents. Pools are great for children and directly on the ocean. Overall we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice, quiet, safe and family friendly. It could have been cleaner when we checked in - there were Goldfish crumbs on the floor, something spilled on the kitchen cabinets, and the table tops weren’t cleaned well. It was perfect for two families, with a spacious living room and the biggest balcony we have seen. Spectacular view. The storage closet outside the condo was stacked with beach chairs and toys and a great alternative to trekking sand through the unit and out the balcony. But our trip was cut short because of tropical storm Debbie. We paid $8k for two nights. The other family couldn’t make it because their flight was canceled. We left early because the beach and pool were closed, and we were afraid we would be stuck with flooded roads. It was a difficult parenting decision to leave but in the best interest of safety and our three kids. Lots of tears. The company declined to provide any refund, which was gut wrenching. We will come back to Myrtle and if you like a quiet place, this was nice - but it wasn’t worth $8k for two nights.

Beautiful views, great location!

This condo was beautiful! The views are incredible! In a great location to many activities and stores, easy beach access, and a great pool/hot tub/lazy river area! Would recommend!
