This cabin is tucked away and offers privacy on 12 acres to explore with a large covered front porch overlooking your private Native trout stream. Only 4.5 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway, “Up The Creek” is centrally located close to Boone, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro and Blowing Rock. The property has hiking trails, crystal clear creek for swimming and a nice deck built on creek with grill, also fire pit. Great getaway if peace and tranquility is what you seek but still close enough to Explore surrounding towns.

Our stay at Up The Creek was outstanding and met all of our expectations. The cabin is outstanding with a magnificent view of the creek and is perfectly decorated and well stocked to make sure we had everything we might need. We spent time hiking the creek and also we're very close to the parkway and spent some time on the mountain to sea trail. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at the cabin and was extremely responsive ever. We had a question or needed anything. I highly recommend this property, especially if you love the outdoors and playing in the nature.

Our stay was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. The creek was a lot of fun, we visited it every day after our day of adventure in Boone and Banner Elk. The porch was nice for relaxing and listening to the waterfalls. Cozy little cabin at the end of a long gravel road. It was great floating in the tubes down on the creek. Both us and our dog had a blast! Will definitely return.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely cabin
