Single level, roomy and comfortably elegant with lake views from the open living areas. Now booking for Oct-Jan for monthly wintertime stays at significant discount. This unassuming lake house is set on a private cove with 85' of waterfront. Granite Shoals is a sleepy former fishing village away from the hustle and bustle of the busier resort areas. The quiet cove is perfect for swimming, floating, fishing, bird watching or just relaxing and taking in the view. Perfect getaway to one of Texas' premier lake destinations. Expansive lake Views from living room, kitchen, and dining room. King bed in master and the second bedroom, queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Fantastic sunsets. There is a boat lift available for up to 22' fish and ski boats, and there are a variety of boat rental businesses close by. It is a 45-60 minute drive to Fredericksburg and Austin. Marble Falls features a quaint downtown area, and Johnson City and Blanco are within an hours drive. Wifi and 2 desk areas are available for remote work. Fenced (except waterfront, and one section is a low fence of 4’), doggy door and dog run. Come escape to the Lake! Update: Jet ski ramp is undergoing repairs.

Granite Shoals is a modest former fishing village - quiet and unassuming, this home is on a quiet cove with a shallow gravel swimming area. We love the picturesque sunsets and the lake in the wintertime is a a quiet and peaceful area. Come stay for a while and fall in love with Lake LBJ!

What makes this property unique

Lakefront Property includes its own private boat lift and dock. The boat lift will fit up to a 22' fish and ski boat, although if your boat has a high tower, or is a pontoon, the lift may not be the best fit. (The boat slip is still usable to park most size boats.) The fire pit on the deck for those s'mores makes for great family time. We provide a propane grill. The coffee maker accommodates both coffee pods and carafe brewing. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace is a cozy feature of the main living area.
