About this property

A must-visit location! Owl's Nest Resort is centrally located two minutes off of I-93.
Located in the resort, this upscale home can comfortably sleep 10 and has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. This home is great for entertaining the whole family and minutes away from the many resort amenities Owl's Nest has to offer!
This home is under 30 minutes away from Waterville Valley, Loon Mtn, & Cannon Mtn!
There are also many close access points for a day on the Pemi River!

The space:
This home is truly one of the most beautiful houses within the resort. The beautiful living room has a massive stone wood fireplace, with plenty of entertaining space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area.
Off of the living room is a 3 season sunroom, 1/2 bath, smaller living room, and a large laundry room. Also, located on the first floor is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in closet.
On the second floor are three bedrooms (1st bedroom-double bed, 2nd bedroom-queen bed, 3rd bedroom- two twins) and one full bathroom to share. Located in the basement is a second large entertaining space with a living room area and one sofa bed, twin bed, pool table/ping pong table, full bathroom with stand-up shower, and a golf cart garage.
Along with the countless entertaining spaces within the home, there is also a large deck with a grill on the back of the house, a fire pit, beautiful mountain views, and an oversized one-car garage.
This home is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

Guest access:
The fitness room and outdoor pool is shared with other guests in Owl's Nest Resort.
The golf course and restaurant are open to the public and tee times are required. The golf season ends November 1st.
There is also platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis available to play, reservations are required and can be booked on the resort website!

Other things to note:
There are plenty of parking spaces available on the property as well as an oversized one car garage. A golf cart is included with this home to get around to the clubhouse for dinner, play a round and pack your clubs right at the house, or just go for a late afternoon cruise with some drinks.

Great Long Weekend

The place was great- plenty of space for our family- new, and well appointed. Easy access to the Waterville Valley ski area or 93 for Loon and Cannon. Nice spot, and we would come back again.
