LOCATION: Your next vacation rental home is nestled in the beautiful neighborhoods of northwest Holland with a short 5-minute drive, nice bike ride or picturesque walks along the nearby bike paths to locations such as Holland State Park or Tunnel Park on Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa beaches/local marinas with rental opportunities. Take a 10-minute drive to downtown Holland’s restaurants, bars, and local businesses to shop galleries, fine jewelry, bakeries and more! And finally, take Lakeshore Drive north or south 30-60 minutes to experience other western Michigan towns such as Grand Haven, Muskegon, Saugatuck, South Haven and others!
LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious split-level home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and large interior entertaining spaces on each floor. On the upper level, enjoy the open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen spaces, seating for 8 at the dining table plus 3 additional at the sofa table, high ceilings with multiple skylights drawing in natural light, as well as 2 bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level, enjoy the family room for movies & video games, open space for family-friendly activities, 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. Fully outfitted kitchen with all of the amenities you may possibly need and a coffee station. Other amenities include central air conditioning/heating; WiFi; Wii console & games; board games & children’s toys; beach towels, chairs & accessories; stroller, Pack & Play & booster seats; laundry room.
There are 3 TV’s in the home each with a Roku for streaming access: 40” in Master BR, 60” in upper level living room, and 80” in lower level family room. Guests must supply their own logins for streaming services and remember to log out of those services upon check out.
OUTSIDE: Walking off of the upper level, the deck features a grill and seating area, with steps down to a second deck where a beautiful hot tub awaits you! Additional seating at the picnic table and a firepit in a privacy-fenced area fully complement the outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy! The large backyard is also available for use and safe for children away from the street!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS (Sleeps 12+ Infant): Upper Level consists of the Master BR with a king bed and BR2 with both a queen bed and Pack & Play. Lower Level consists of BR3 with two full beds and BR4 with a full bed + daybed trundle with 2 twin-size mattresses. Finally, there is a pull-out couch in the main lower level family room.
Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets at our vacation property.

No parking on the street. Guests are not permitted to use garage. There is a 4 car maximum, and all cars need to be kept in the driveway. This is a quiet neighborhood and no large gatherings (parties) are allowed.

We purchased this home in 2020 while renting another vacation home in the immediate area with our children (in the middle of COVID!) – as soon as we walked through the home, we knew it was the one for us to enjoy for many years to come, as well as a home we could share with others such as you…we have done our best to make you feel at home while you stay at our property!

We found this area to be an ideal location for a getaway, no matter the length of time, because of the people, overall beauty regardless of the season, local attractions, beaches, proximity to other towns with so much to offer, and many more reasons.
