Pack your sunscreen, activewear & surfboards and head to San Diego’s premier beach community of Mission Beach. Steps to the bay and a one-minute stroll to the beach, breaking waves and boardwalk. This townhome beauty on Nantasket Court is “where tides meet”. Cool beach vibe and sophistication!
The stunning and peaceful coastline boasts world-class sightseeing, Belmont Park (Amusement park), and the always entertaining boardwalk! Welcome to your home away from home!

The space
Complete remodel in 2020, hip, fun, and stylish. This townhome is part of only a 3 unit complex. This unit is the front unit with great access to the courtyard where you will find a Barbeque, outdoor dining, fire pit, and endless possibilities for people watching. Living space is on the main level with views of the bay, master bedroom, and bath on the second level along with the secondary bed, bath, and laundry. The third bedroom is at the entry-level.

Guest access
The entire Townhome and garage are exclusive to you. There is a 3rd parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The front patio is a shared space with the other two owners who live out of town.

Clean home and spacious enough for all 8 of us. Home was close to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the beach. The house was equipped with all the needed utensils, cookware, etc that we did not lack anything. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

House was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! Location was amazing! We walked to the beach, to the bay, to get coffee, and to dinner each evening. All of the restaurants nearby we very good. Can't wait to visit Mission Beach again!

Perfect girls weekend getaway

Affordable and comfortable house for a beach getaway. Host was very responsive. Loved that there was enough seating for everyone at the table and on the couch and that everywhere we went was a quick Uber ride away.

Perfect house for our family of 8!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for our group. The main living area was spacious and open allowing for comfortable gathering during our stay. The house is very well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to towels, extra blankets, pantry staples, kitchen supplies and more. Walking distance or a short uber to everything you might need. Highly recommend staying here - you won’t be disappointed!

Great family visit!

Everything was well appointed and comfortable for our family of 7. The bunk beds in one bedroom were so helpful for our 2 kids! Lots of sand toys, bikes, boogie boards and chairs for spending time at the beach. A short walk to the bay and 5 blocks to the ocean on the other side. The large patio was great for enjoying meals outside and sitting by the fire. We would definitely come back when visiting San Diego!

Family getaway

Took a quick family trip to San Diego. This house really did have it all. It accommodated all of our needs from my toddler up to eldest of the group in her late 60's. Provided everything you could think of for a great beach experience! The neighbors were friendly. Plus you couldn't beat the location! We would definitely book again for our future trips!

The Whole Package

With a few steps to Mission Bay, two short blocks to Mission Beach, a great selection of beach gear and toys, a gas barbecue and outdoor lounge with fire pit, a well-equipped kitchen, and bright, open living space for our family of eight, we were easily able to "Seas the Day" every day. The only negative was that we had to check out and return home. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

The home was amazing! One block from the bay, and even has a view of the water from the living room. The only issue we had was the gnats in the kitchen (nothing a glass of wine can’t fix), and having to clean the kitchen once we arrived, however we would definitely stay here again in the future! It was a great vacation home for our family (including 2 babies). Scott is great and quick at communicating and resolving any issues that arise.

Mission Beach Gem

Very nice, clean modern property. One house away from bay and steps away from the beach/boardwalk. Nice quiet area. Kayaks, bikes, surf boards and beach chairs included. Nice patio with fire place seating. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Half bath on main floor. Only downside was the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a door and it’s the entrance from the garage and next to the front door which meant no privacy. WiFi/TV signal was rough for the first few days, but was resolved for us. Great experience overall!

An absolute must-stay in mission beach

This home is incredible. Scott was communicative from the start (we booked many months out, and he fielded all my questions leading up to the trip). Upon arrival, access and parking were a breeze, and the home was immaculate. They even laid out a cute scrabble board personalized to us! My friends and I had plenty of room, towels (beach and shower), pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for cooking, and even included some leftover spices, tinfoil and plastic bags! We met the neighbors who were lovely and gave us tips for the area. The neighborhood itself was fantastic! Pro tip - go find Piper (a dog who lives 1 street up) and give her some pets! Also, if you walk towards the beach, towards the right is more scenic and towards the left is more “boardwalk” vibes. Scott was easy to get a hold of throughout our stay, answered all my questions, and the clean up and departure instructions were clear and easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Ok for the price

The house itself was nice (layout and location wise) but it was not as clean as expected for the price. Upon arrival, the garage that is for you smelt so bad with so many flies and when I reached out to the owner he informed me it is garbage from the previous guest and that we can take out the cans and place in the alley (unacceptable, I should not have to clean up after previous guest when you have a cleaning crew). The smell ended up coming into the house which was disgusting. The cans were over packed that when we had to put our garbage out it was over flowing, when we had guest over at the fire pit they were complaining about the smell (embarrassing). I did wipe down all the counter tops upon arrival and the bedside stands were sticky and yellow. Besides the house not being clean as expected, the owner was very easy to contact, he responds within minutes. The location is really nice, the beach is walking distance and the bay is visible from the living room which I loved. The fire place area was a nice touch, it was cozy for a night time dinner. For someone who frequently comes to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach it is a good location to walk to a lot of restaurants and bars but still in a quiet area.

Thank you for you feedback Kori. I just wanted to comment back that the trash cans are normally stored in the garage, because if they are left in the alley during the week they will get filled by anyone else. Unfortunately the previous guests did not follow house rules and pull the cans out on Monday night for Tuesday pick up. I do not believe you had any clean up from the previous guest, you just had to take out the can from in the garage to the alley. We like to ensure all of our guest's experiences are flawless, and strive to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards. Just check any of our other reviews on any platform. Sorry again if your expectations were not met.
