The stunning and peaceful coastline boasts world-class sightseeing, Belmont Park (Amusement park), and the always entertaining boardwalk! Welcome to your home away from home!

The space
Complete remodel in 2020, hip, fun, and stylish. This townhome is part of only a 3 unit complex. This unit is the front unit with great access to the courtyard where you will find a Barbeque, outdoor dining, fire pit, and endless possibilities for people watching. Living space is on the main level with views of the bay, master bedroom, and bath on the second level along with the secondary bed, bath, and laundry. The third bedroom is at the entry-level.

Guest access
The entire Townhome and garage are exclusive to you. There is a 3rd parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The front patio is a shared space with the other two owners who live out of town.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away.

Between 10pm and 8am, even normal conversation must be moved inside your home as not to disturb sleeping neighbors.

There is no tolerance for excessive noise, parties, smoking or pets. Failure to follow these rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
