South facing Sunshine Alley is a bright and sparkling clean 2 king bedroom / 2 bath beautifully decorated home perfect for a solo person, 2 couples or a small family seeking a mountain retreat, any season! Located on the outskirts of this charming historic downtown, close enough to walk to enjoy dinner out, browsing the shops, relaxing at a coffee shop.

This space include 4 Townie bikes (summer only) so you can walk or bike to CB's most popular trails, grocery store or town. No car needed! During the winter months we provide 4 pairs of snowshoes and the bus (one block away) can take you to downtown or up to the ski mountain.

Equipped with a gas grill (summer only), fully equipped kitchen, a brand new living room with gas fireplace, 65" smart TV and reliable hi-speed internet. Let this be your home away from home for a quick getaway or extended stay.

Winter months because of snow there is no patio, grill or patio seating

Hidden Gem in the heart of Crested Butte

What a great property! Convenient location in town, with off street parking. The property itself was perfect for the two of us, and could easily accommodate a couple and two kids or two couples. Nina and Ralph have thought of everything you may need for a visit - well stocked and easy to find. The outside living space was perfect after a day exploring the mountains -- hot tub AND a wood burning fire pit to enjoy under the stars. I would highly recommend booking this gem of a property. We were certainly "happy in the butte".

Better than advertised

This alley-facing duplex is better than advertised. The last bus stop on the way to the mountain (and first coming back) is a 1 minute walk away and Main Street CB is about a 5 minute walk. The interior is very nice with upgraded amenities throughout. There are 2 parking spots, a great hot tub, a kitchen with all of the cooking gear you need, and a nice entertainment system with YouTubeTV. This property is bookmarked for next time.

Perfect house!!

Needed to tell us that there was major construction next to our house . Loved seeing the CAT bulldozer right beside us. They start work at 8 and stop at 5 The house was equipped with EVERYTHING! Great hosts but tell people about the construction. It would be a deal breaker if you were wanting to stay there during the day.

Gem of a Crested Butte in town rental!

Everything about the Sunshine Alley was just fantastic for us. They were so easy to communicate with and genuinely wanted us to have a great time and a great place to stay. They were conscious about leaving lights on for us upon arrival, wanted to fix anything that might need addressing, helped accommodate a slight change in plans, etc. Also, it felt like a real home and not just a place with some online furniture. The kitchen had virtually everything you would need to prepare a meal. The hot tub was the perfect touch as well after long, long days on the mountain. Finally, the location is SO CLOSE to the bus stop that you can easily wear ski boots if you want. And if the weather is not ideal, you are only two quick stops from being in the middle of the restaurants, but it is also an easy walk like everywhere in CB. We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend!

Cute and very conveniently located

We stayed 4 nights and this rental was perfect. It was very convenient to the bus to the ski base and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. It is cute and comfortable and well stocked The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.
