The Asheville Club at 151 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms penthouse-style residences atop the Hotel Indigo.
Suite 1103 features floor to ceiling windows offering views of Asheville and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. This condo also features a kitchen, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, private terrace, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
1 single garage parking space is included with this unit. Any extra vehicles can use the hotels Valet service at a $25 per day rate.

The host was super responsive. Great location with amazing Mountain Views. The ability to walk downtown to restaurants, breweries and coffee without worrying about parking was key! Made our commute to Biltmore house and Sierra Nevada easy! The only negative if you even want to consider it that, was the fact there were no blankets, highly recommend bringing your own to sit by indoor fireplace on couch or even outside with a cup of coffee in the AM! 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Just as the listing shows. Beautiful views of downtown and the mountains. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed. Gas fireplace was nice to enjoy with the spacious property and view.

Modern space. Great kitchen, amazing views and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Large, clean rooms. Parking on premise is a plus.

Beautiful view. Very clean apartment but some beaten up furniture and the bed in the smaller bedroom was only adequate.

This review is about Guest comfort—none.Photo’s are deceiving. Toilet overflowing in the main room. Rooms were dirty. Little details were overlooked. Stayed 3 nights -we were ready to go home after 2. I could go on… I knew from the reviews that the condo needs updating. Yes, it does.

10th Anniversary

Gorgeous space with plenty of room. The view is STUNNING, 5 stars! I have to give it a 4 star rating though because of the mattress in the master bedroom, not the best quality. At these rates, I was expecting premium beds. Also would recommend a white noise machine for the master bedroom, fortunately we happened to pack a small one, and it helped. The hotel is right off of a VERY busy VERY loud interstate that never stops. I realize it is to be expected with a downtown location. If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind a hard, basic mattress you'll be fine. The location is great with plenty of shops, restaurants within a short walk. Overall the views and convenience of walking everywhere made up for most of the shortcomings of the traffic noise and low quality mattresses.

Awesome views in downtown Asheville

Just a short one night stay, but the view is tremendous. Walkable distance to tons of nice restaurants and cool bars, patios, etc. Check in and out was a breeze. Would stay again for the view alone.

Excellent Views, Close Proximity to Downtown Asheville

My daughters and I were on our first girls only (no husbands and children) getaway. Everything in our condo - from the excellent views and the cleaniless to the close proximity to downtown Asheville - made our inaugural girls trip a success. We would definitely do it again!

Beautiful Views

Pros: The penthouse condo boasted beautiful views of NC’s mountains. Location was great — easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Host was super responsive. Cons: Furnishings were a bit “beat up,” and beds were not very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Remarkable view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penthouse Style Atop Hotel Indigo! The views were incredible, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend in beautiful Asheville! We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit this lovely city!

Not what I thought and needs repair

The location and view are amazing and the parking was convenient. However for the money I didn't think it was worth it. The building is right next to a major highway and the road noise is constant and required everyone to sleep with ear plugs. The carpets were stained as was the furniture. Most wood furniture has numerous water rings from glasses or was very cheaply made. There was no coffee provided or coffee filters which we had to buy, the clothes iron was missing and the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils and the garbage drawer was broken. The secondary bathroom shower water faucet was not installed properly and we alerted the owner to water coming from the ceiling in the primary bathroom. I expected a lot more and will not stay here again.

Views 10… but the rest needs TLC

Communication and views in the main/living room are 10/10, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Let’s start with the views in the master, they couldn’t be enjoyed bc the curtains were off their track and couldn’t be moved. The other issue was the carpet. It was gross, stained, and it smelled bad. The master room smelled. And lastly, one of the chairs in the other room had “leather” peeling off, it made you uneasy to sit on it and in fact no one did. Also saw a stain on the box spring. With new flooring and more thorough cleaning it would be 10/10.

Great Location and Incredible Views, Needs Repair

We loved the unit, the location was perfect and the views were incredible. We feel the place needs some repair work and we had to ask the owner to come back and clean up as it had a very bad smell that lingered on throughout our stay. We would rent it out for the views.
