Trendy apartment in the heart of 19th Arr. It is at the doorstep of Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.

The spacious open-plan kitchen/living room is as stylish as it is functional. Featuring a large sofa-bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table enough to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries and also includes a washer and a dryer should you need them. The kitchen hood is currently not functioning well and we apologise for any inconvenience.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen bed lined with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces to store your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.

During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or on the sand under the very welcomed water sprays, while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera!

Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Metro Station Botzaris (métro 7 bis): 1 minute walking
Metro Station Place des Fêtes (Ligne 11): 8 minutes walking

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 14:00, pending availability and confirmation.

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
