Contemporary Villa in Lush, Tropical, Private Paradise

This contemporary villa with extensive windows and glass doors is built around a heated pool and lush, tropical garden. One great room with a soaring ceiling includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and entryway where family and friends can comfortably gather. A spacious covered terrace provides additional seating and lounging areas. There is also an outdoor bathroom and shower in addition to the 3 bathrooms indoors. This property is completely private and very romantic.

There are (3) bedrooms on the main floor including a main-floor primary suite with a king-size bed and a marble shower and dual sink bathroom; a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and adjacent bathroom; and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. Additionally, there is a romantic second floor suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and patio.

The third-floor terrace has views of the mountains and the ocean. Our villa is only three short blocks from the famous white sand beaches for which Bucerias is famous.

The heated pool was wonderful. The courtyard was beautiful and the house was very well equipped, water, paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach umbrella, floats. Adam the house manager was great. Also loved the location with being in walking distance to a grocery store. We would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed staying here in February (19th to 26). This place far exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and the yard and pool were fantastic. Great location with groceries, great restaurants and shops near by. Short walk to the spectacular beach. Huge shout out to Adam who manages the house. He was so helpful with our arrangements, information and went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be.We’ll be back!

Great amount of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The roof top deck was amazing we had sunrises and sunset. Adam the host was the best. Gave us great local restaurants to eat at. Got us more water when needed. Very responsive. I would highly stay here. Close to beach, store and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Well maintained and private. Everything is within easy walking distance. So glad beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas were provided. Adam, the property manager was wonderful. Would stay here again!

Amazing holiday in Bucerias

Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Beautiful property in a quiet and private setting, warm and clean pool, a couple minutes walk to a very swimmable beach (even for very young kids), at least a dozen great food spots within 2-5 blocks and a 15 minute walk to centro. 5 minute walk to a large grocery store as well.The house itself was perfect and well stocked. Not sure if the pictures show that the top terrace is actually it's own 3rd story, so a nice place to relax in the morning/evening. Very secure property as well. Groundskeepers were great with our kids and very friendly.Justin the owner was super easy to work with. Can't say enough great things about thre property manager Adam - he was there waiting for us even though baggage was delayed, checked in with us often, gave restaurant/street food recommendations that ended up being our best experiences, helped organize safe transportation at great prices and all sorts of other things.Highly recommended and have do so to other people I know already!

Bliss in Bucerias

We loved this house, from the layout and the lovely decor to the spacious rooms and beautiful pool area! It was the perfect spot for our family of four and my in-laws to relax and explore Bucerias. The house is quiet and private but still within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. The house manager, Adam, was super helpful, too. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

We were a family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 kids 3 yrs and 10 mos. The accommodation was great for us. Lots of room and beds for everyone. The heated pool was a god send for everyone especially in the heat of the day when it’s way too hot to be at the beach. The location is great! Easy walk to the beach and to the grocery store as well as many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also located close to a bank and the CMQ hospital. I highly recommend this accommodation. The property manager Adam is great and very responsive with What’s app. Offered lots of good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Housekeeper Eli is amazing. She came one day through our stay and did a thorough clean. There is all the drinking water you need and all the essentials like shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, TP etc. Lots of beach towels and bath towels, beach toys and boogie boards. We will return I’m sure. Would be great place for 3-4 couples to stay as well.

Great house for big family.

Overall very comfy. A little hard to find in the dark. Lovely big spaces inside for gathering although outside gathering space a bit tight when extended family of 20 arrived for a visit. Pool a little on the cool side but the kids loved it. Well equipped kitchen, close to grocery store. Beach access just 4 blocks down. Awesome cleaning person and house very nice. manager very helpful. Very nice place to stay.

Exceptional stay in beautiful Bucerias

My family, which consists of my husband, three adult daughters, two son-in-laws and our 10 month old grandson stayed at this truly wonderful property for just under two weeks. The house was perfect for us and the layout is ideal. The pool and yard are beautifully cared for, super private and gorgeous. It is an easy walk to a great swimming beach, loads of restaurants, grocery and other shopping…truly everything we needed/wanted was within easy walking distance. Adam, the house manager, was super helpful in getting us set up with a snorkeling tour and transportation - moving a group of our size was made so easy with his assistance. The house was super clean and very hardworking cleaning staff came in and did supplemental cleans twice during our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and definitely plan to return.

50th birthday celebration with my friends. Gorgeous home, great pool to relax in. Love the open concept of the first floor for our group. 4 blocks to the beach and multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance.We came in late May, warm and humid and the pool was a welcomed refreshing experience. Three full bathrooms. Everything was in working order and the house manager was delightful, greeted us, gave us local recommendations and was available for any questions. Highly recommend!The open doors and window concept to cool the living and dining rooms and kitchen, Dec - March probably works beautifully. In May, the living and dining rooms and kitchen were uncomfortable to be in without air conditioning which is only offered in the bedrooms as the living room is open to the outside through a screened door at the top of the stars and possibly through high up screen only windows.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this tropical villa. The villa was spacious and clean. We had maid service 3 times during our 10 day stay. Adam was a great property manager and addressed our issues. While we enjoyed the property, I'm giving this stay a 4 rating. That is because the air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was broken when we arrived and was not fixed the whole time we stayed. While the house manager worked hard to get it fixed, we essentially could not use that bedroom because of the temperature. Therefore, our 4 bedroom house turned into a 3 bedroom house. And while the pool was a nice addition, unfortunately it was too cold for swimming or dipping. The pool stays in the shade the whole day and never warms up enough to use.

As you noticed, our property manager is excellent and always goes above and beyond to help guests. Unfortunately, labor and/or parts shortages are at times out of our control. Rest assured, the AC is fixed and we would be glad to provide credit toward a future stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly via VRBO messenger. Regarding the pool, while the water temperature is perfect in the warmer months, we are sorry it wasn't to your liking. November getaway

This home is lovely and exactly as depicted in the photos. My family had a great time but found the pool water a bit cold. The stairway is a bit daunting for those of us who are not comfortable with heights. The beach is close by, but the cobblestone street was very difficult for my sister to walk on. The sidewalks were not "user-friendly" either. I would only recommend this home to a younger family.

Amazing Place

Awesome place Adam was there to answer or help us with any questions we had immediately. Emma was the sweetest ever cleaning lady. The place was amazing when she left. The gardener and pool guy, sorry i wasnt able to meet them did a great job as well. We had a group of 10 adults and there was definitely enough room for all of us. Walking distance to everything. We rented a golf cart which was definitely an asset when running to the grocery store which was only a couple of blocks away. We wont mention any particular restaurants as you cant get a bad meal anywhere. Highly recommend this property. All had a wonderful time. Thank you all.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful 1-week vacation in Bucerias. The house is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is even a grocery store in walking distance. The house was very clean, Adam the house manager arranged for Emma to clean twice during our stay. She was lovely and very thorough. The kitchen is really well equipped. The pool was fantastic, we swam every day. Adam was incredibly helpful, he arranged transport for us from the airport and had restaurant and transportation recommendations for us during our stay. We had a great stay and would gladly recommend this home!

We all had a wonderful stay at Casa de Los Suenos. Our two weeks was not nearly long enough. It was the perfect gathering spot for our weeks long birthday celebrations. Thank you to the tireless workers who kept the house, pool and gardens looking wonderful during our stay.
