Villa Escapar del Frio (escape the cold) is a unique Villa that consists of two separate Casa's that blend traditional and modern lifestyles. Both Casa's and pools are always rented together as one package guaranteeing you full privacy for your group.

The Villa is located just three blocks from the beautiful beaches of Banderas Bay that offer amazing views and sunsets. Check out the video amongst the pictures. During the winter and spring, the bay is visited by whales and dolphins. Each day the pelicans glide along the ocean waves in search of their next meal. You're walking distance from downtown Bucerias and all of its dining and entertainment opportunities. From golf to fishing and water sports there is always something to enjoy under the therapeutic tropical sun!

Casa Sylvia is a traditional Mexican-style home with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. All bedrooms (3-piece) are located on the first floor and beautifully appointed. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds and all have private patio areas. As you walk up the staircase to the second floor you are greeted with the beautiful copula above your head as you enter the large kitchen and living areas.

The second floor offers a spacious open floor-plan with a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. There's even a wine refrigerator to chill your favourite Mexican Wine. The dining area will seat up to 10-12 people if you're looking to entertain your family and friends. Windows surround the upper room giving you views of the ocean and the hillsides of beautiful Bucerias. Upstairs you can relax in the great room, play games and enjoy a smart TV and WiFi. Taking the outside staircase from the second floor you will reach the terrace where you have panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and city. Here you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze and beautiful sunrise and sunsets that Bucerias offers.

Welcome to Casa Marilyn with an emphasis on merging indoor and outdoor space. This Casa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor with 3-piece en-suite bathrooms. All rooms on the first-floor look out to the courtyard pool with lush plants within a tropical walled garden. The large glass doors open Casa Marilyn to give you direct access to this beautiful outdoor space. The fourth bedroom is up the spiral staircase and has two twin beds. It's bathroom is located right next to it. Just a few more steps and you have arrived at your private rooftop pool, terrace, and barbecue. Spend your afternoon enjoying the living spaces, relaxing on the lounge chairs, and enjoying the ocean views. In the evening dine outside and enjoy the views of the bay while taking in the fresh breezes. Back downstairs the fully equipped kitchen features plenty of workspace on its granite counter tops and island. The feeling is casual with the sliding kitchen doors that fully open to give you direct access to your outdoor eating area and plenty of space to dine around the courtyard pool. Relax in the living room while watching smart TV or enjoying the WiFi, all while taking in the view of the pool and gardens. Plug your phone into the living room amplifier and enjoy your own music through speakers in the courtyard.


In the evening the Villa is calm and relaxing with the moon and pool lights. Picture yourself sitting back listening to music and enjoying your favourite beverage.
