The yard/ courtyard are super unique. There is a ton of parking/ yard space for games and activities. The house includes a private path to the beach which is only 100 yards away. You can see the beach from the house as well as beautiful sunsets!
Great neighborhood- walking and biking distance from tons of great restaurants. Nice neighbors! Very friendly- 100 yard walk on private path to the beach!
Biking/ Walking- once you arrive you barely have to use your car! Everything is super close- you can even bike to Publix for groceries
