Spacious convenient beach villa

Spacious beach villa close to the beach. Only a 5 minute bike ride away. Updated baths, kitchen, loved having a laundry room available. Perfect for a beach vacation.

GREAT Location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the Colonnade condos. We have stayed in this area before, but this unit was the best one yet. Colonnade has a great access path to the beach - 3 minutes by bike or an 11 minute walk. The 2nd floor was quiet, has a nice view of the golf course, and the high ceilings made it feel more spacious. The updated and comfortable bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, laundry room and 5g Wifi made for a relaxing vacation. Hope to stay again in the future.

Cute place in a great neighborhood.

We could walk or ride bikes to the beach or to go out to eat. The Shipyard golf courses were close by. The condo was clean and had more than enough room for the two of us.

Wonderful!

We were apprehensive about staying here due to a few reviews and the low price but this turned out to be absolutely wonderful! Great location. Quiet. Beautiful golf course view from deck. Very clean. Everything we needed for a week long getaway.

Breathtaking grounds!

Our family loved the condo, and the grounds were amazing for walking, each morning we would go on long walks hoping to see to see wildlife, we saw gators, deer, and of course tons of squirrels! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, the condo came with a really nice wagon to pull all your beach supplies in! The condo layout is very spacious, clean, the view is pretty too, and we had an alligator that was sun bathing daily to watch! In highly recommend this place!!

This property had an excellent view and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped which made meal prep efficient. The unit was clean and the bathrooms updated. The couch was uncomfortable to sit in because the cushions sunk into the frame of the couch.

The property was good and very quiet. Kitchen was stocked well. Communication however was horrible. Could not get anyone to answer emails or calls. All communication was automated.

The unit overall, it's okay. The patio was not clean. I could not sit out there and enjoy myself. The unit was not dusted properly and also some of the walls need to be patched sanded and painted. It was somewhat of an eye soar. This is an upscale area and those repairs are very minor and extremely inexpensive. Customers pay a substantial amount of money for these units and they should be more appealing and maintained better.

4 Nights Colonnade

This is a very nice condominium that is well appointed. Pros: Nice floorplan, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Pleasant second story view over golf course tee box. We found bed comfortable and enjoyed both nice sized TVs and wifi. Cons: Carpet was clean, but is IMO ready to be replaced and we prefer condos with hard floor surfaces. The cushions on sofas are ready to be replaced, particularly since the cushions rest on a hide a bed. Also, need larger bath soaps and soaps or dispensing soaps for all sinks (one tiny soap bar for each bathroom was all that was provided.) These are relatively minor inconveniences and I hope they are taken as constructive criticism since it is such a competitive market. We will certainly consider staying in the unit in the future and have stayed in other Colonnade units previously. Thanks to the owners for making their condo available.

Everything was mostly good. My only complaints would be carpet stains, blood stain on bedspread, and balcony furniture. But I loved the location, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Wonderful visit

We were very impressed with the property! Very clean, great layout. The path to the beach was a very nice walk/ride, and the availability to ride the golf course cart path in the evening was a plus. It definitely felt like a home away from home!
