Unwind after a day of nearby adventures by the crackling wood-burning fireplace or turn on your favorite movie on the large smart TV. Cook your favorite meal or snacks in the updated, well-equipped kitchen. Grill out or take your coffee on the sunny, covered deck adorned with groovy ski chairs and a gas grill.

Fall in love and rest easy in either of the crisp bedrooms complete with plush bedding and televisions.

Extra conveniences of this condo include complimentary WiFi and a convenient location on the free shuttle route for easy access to Winter Park Resort, downtown Fraser, and Winter Park. Guests are within walking distance (in warm weather) to all of the amenities of Club MeadowRidge, boasting a heated outdoor pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. Also, the clubhouse includes coin-operated laundry facilities, an exercise room, a racquetball court, a tennis court (summer only), and an on-site ski shop.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location

We stayed in this condo for 8 nights. We enjoyed the location as it is near Safeway and the Fraser River Trail. I wouldn't say the cleanliness was 100%, but it was not bad either. The kitchen was not the best as far as cooking tools. There was no carrot peeler, cheese grater and only one measuring cup. I purchased a carrot peeler which you can use as a cheese tool and left it there for the next person. The unit is on the first floor and a bit chilly in the day, but we liked that.

Spring Ski

Wonderful place. I loved the real wood fireplace.. close to ski area. Close to restraunts. Clean and comfortable. Looks like it was remodeled. Free rec center with heated outdoor pool and hot tub.. I will come back.

Overpriced for what you get

1. Kitchen is poorly stocked. If you’re going to microwave your meals or eat out, it’s probably ok. If you want to cook or prep even the slightest, skip it. Crappy knives from dollar store that could barely cut through a cucumber, only a tiny pizza pan or a 8x8 to use to bake on, and lots of pots but not many lids that fit for use on the stove. 2. One single roll of toilet paper provided for 3 night stay with 4 adults. No extras in sight - had to go buy our own. No sponge or dishrags provided - used a washcloth from the bathroom until we could grab a sponge at the store. 3. Property was FILTHY. Dog hair EVERYWHERE. Despite “not allowing pets”. 4. Shower was clogged and collected 2-3” of water during use. We had to call maintenance to have the drain snaked. Luckily maintenance guy was super nice and came same-day.

Ski getaway

Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay but a few things that could have been better. When we arrived there were only two hand towels and one roll of toilet paper. The management company brought toilet paper and towels the next morning. We did not have an access card to the recreation center so we could use the hot tub.

Ski Vacation

Very nice place. Clean, warm,easy access to ski area. The lift shuttle is right out front. Close to restaurants. Great rec center with hot tubs and outdoor heated pool. I diffently will stay here again.. maybe Summer time..
