Cute, cozy, a great location and impeccably clean - all the most important things! Side FYIs: if you are like me and wind down watching something on a TV, there are not any in the bedrooms. The 3,000 deposit (which seemed a bit stiff to me) was delayed in being refunded, but I believe the host has figured out how to avoid that hiccup next time.

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is comfortable and so charming. The porch is especially lovely and a perfect place to relax. We loved the easy beach access and daily walks to downtown for coffee, dinners and provisions from Bert’s. We look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect Folly Beach escape. Right across from the beach with two convenient entrances, the home was clean, tastefully decorated, and the porch was a delight! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our girls’ weekend!

This charming cottage was perfect for our girls’ weekend with my daughters, daughters-in-law and our youngest infant granddaughter. Location was great, house was just what we hoped for. Ripley was a very responsive host. Everything was great. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

We had such a great time staying at this Folly Beach house! It was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our mom's birthday. Awesome porch for hanging out, super close to the beach and a fun beach town nearby with great food and music. So many things to love about our stay at this house. Thanks!

Love love LOVE this little beach house! It is everything we needed and more than we could have asked for! Perfect for our family of 7! Our kids loved running around in the front yard and all of the beach toys provided and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the screened in front porch. It’s really close to town and to 2 different public beach access points which was amazing! Hosts were quick with communication and incredibly accommodating! 10/10 we thoroughly enjoyed our week and will absolutely try to book again!
