EV CHARGE: 50 amp / 14-50R plugin available for your provided cable. See pic of charger.
The space
Room for 3 vehicles in driveway. Charger outlet for EV located just behind the garage side gate. See picture for style of plug in if you'll need charging. Don't forget your cable.

In kitchen: Instant Pot, Air Fryer and popcorn maker in addition to typical kitchen appliances.

In living room: Remote controlled fireplace for heat / ambiance. Be sure to keep heat selection off if you do not need it. The insert will make light or heat and light. Please keep remote on fireplace mantle when done using.

In Master bedroom: Candles on wall sconces. Battery operated. Switch on bottom.

Garage is locked off and not available for use.

New as of 12/2021 - updated water heater with re-circulation allowing for quick heating of shower! Yes!

Additional: in storage shed are 4 inflatable tubes for use at Russian River when water level is suitable. If used, please hose down and return tote to shed.
Other things to note
Room for 3 vehicles in driveway. Charger outlet for EV located just behind the garage side gate.

Ironing board is hanging behind the door in laundry room. Iron on shelf next to ironing board.

PLEASE be sure to shut off gas line behind bbq if used. Off is where lever is horizontal.

Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located under kitchen sink.
