The property offers easy water access, though please note the shallow water and low bridge (~6 ft clearance) limit access for large boats or vessels with tall tops, towers, or windshields. We spent a most enjoyable five days in Homosassa and the vicinity. The house was perfect for our needs and was very clean. We paddle boarded in many local rivers and springs, even to and from local eateries in Homosassa. We will return next spring for sure!

This is a great little place that is close to everything. Very quiet but walking distance to basically everywhere. Sam the host was amazing and went over and above to make sure I had the best possible stay. I will definitely be staying here again.
