Great location . We walked to the beach and to restaurants . Very clean and so comfortable. We loved our stay. The host was amazing from the day we booked it til the day we left. We would highly recommend it.

We had a very good experience with this property. Perfect location to the beach and Belmont Park. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect to enjoy after a day spent at the beach. The unit was clean and as expected.

Great location & nice patio seating! Beds were comfortable. The house could really use a deep cleaning & restock of kitchen utensils, although appliances and kitchen space were great. A small table & chairs inside would be a great addition. Hot tub was a nice bonus as well as the garage. We had a great time, thank you! Thanks for making check in /out very easy.

We really enjoyed the property. The primary bedrooms was on the third floor which was nice for privacy. Our 20 year old daughter had her own space on the 2nd floor. The house was well stocked with the basics you hope to find at a VRBO. Loved the rooftop set up with a table and seating. The manager was very attentive and always got back to us immediately with help and answers. Location was great a few steps to the beach and across the street from the bay. We enjoyed morning walks on both beach and bay sides. Many restaurants were within walking distance. We have stayed in MB before and love being near Belmont Park for an evening roller coaster ride!

We loved it was within walking distance of the beach. After all the walking we did the hot tub was a nice touch. It was clean and had everything we needed. The roof top was great to watch fireworks or the sunsets nightly. We would stay again.

We rented this house for my 50th birthday girls trip. The house was perfect for our group. Loved the open kitchen to the outside. The kitchen was perfect as we cooked a few meals there (definitely check out Nico’s Fish Market in Pacific Beach). Our rooms were comfortable and the beds and towels were nice. The upstairs balcony was perfect for a late afternoon nap to hear the ocean. Couple of minor issues but Austin was helpful. I will say that the 10 pm curfew was certainly not honored by neighbors and please keep in mind you are really close to the roller coaster which brings noise as well. Also the trash trucks come very early each morning right outside the house. The only other issue I would bring up is the beach chairs are super cheap, if you aren’t flying bring your own. Overall, it was a great trip and the memories made were priceless.

12days of amazing

We stayed here for 12 days and it was perfect. Great location…rooftop views don’t disappoint..spa was lovely… few steps to the boardwalk and lots of food and shopping and entertainment options. Austin was great to work with. Kitchen has most amenities you need to cook meals.. we would stay here again!

What a great spot!!! Perfect location and lovely home. The alley we were in was VERY busy but we enjoyed it. We loved the porch and hot tub, but never used the rooftop as we expected to. I think the kitchen could use more cooking ware and glass options. We will be back!

Liked the house a lot, unfortunately we had one night with a lot of noise in the alley. Otherwise it was a nice getaway.
