A great couples getaway! Beautifully furnished 600 sq. ft 1 bedroom, 1 full bath with living area, dining, kitchen & food prep area. This is a secure second-story unit with a separate entrance and complete privacy. Leather sofa and sitting chair, LED lighting throughout, the unit is a beautiful example of mountain modern architecture and style. The unit is heated by Warmboard™, a proprietary hydronic radiant heat system located in the floors throughout the unit. Warmboard allows complete heating control over the living, bath and bedroom areas with no drafts of cold air, blowers or noise resulting in an ideal winter workspace. The unit contains top end appliances including a 4 burner Bosch Induction Cooktop, Samsung Convection Oven/Microwave, Samsung full-sized refrigerator/freezer, 55" LG Smart TV, utensils, beach chairs, and umbrella. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood but close to everything that Tahoe has to offer (Summer swimming, hiking, biking, concerts & beach fun). It is a 5 min walk to hiking, mountain bike and cross-country skiing trails. It’s a short 10 min drive to Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Stateline casinos and Barton Hospital.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Maria’s and Rob’s. The place was incredibly clean and convenient. Check-in/out was easy and the hosts were extremely communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! Pros: quiet, clean, modern, extra items for use by host like cooler and umbrella. Parking was easy and convenient, got a feel for what’s like to be a resident of such a gorgeous destination. Cons: slightly away from the main town, but no biggie. Great stay overall!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Their attention to detail is outstanding we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. I would absolutely recommend staying there and look forward to possibly doing it again in the future.

ACC visit

The property was fantastic and the hosts were accommodating and easy to work with. Nice extras like kettle bells, weights, and mats. If you like being away from the crowds but want an easy Uber ride to the activities, this quiet neighborhood is perfect.

Modern cozy home

Contemporary, super clean and with modern well stocked kitchen. Convenient to state line amenities and ski resorts. Hilly, small road that may not be cleaned as quickly after a snow storm so need to be prepared. We loved the stay and would return in a heartbeat.

This is literally the best place we ever stay on South Lake Tahoe. Maria and Robert take care of everything you need to make your stay memorable. The house is gorgeous. And warm floors are definitely a game-changer. It's perfect for a single-family stay. Highly recommend this place. Definitely looking forward to staying here in the summer as well.

Beautiful spot

Great location to mountain bike and hiking trails, wonderfully stocked with all the essentials. A bit hard to use the entry and lock the door and the modern controls for heating were beyond our technical abilities. Lighting in the main room was really bright but smart TV was great.

Just what you want in a VRBO experience...easy communication, clean, well stocked and convenient property, and kind and considerate hosts. We couldn't have asked for more and honestly, if we had, Maria and Bob probably would have made whatever we need happen for us. Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough about this little property. It helped make our Tahoe stay so special. 10 minutes from literally everything in south Tahoe. Owners are SO nice and accommodating. Left us a nice note and a piece of cake!! All amenities are nice and you can tell they take great care of this space! We will be back.

An amazing stay!

We were getting away for a little anniversary weekend and the apartment was perfect! It sits right above the garage with your on private access. We walked in and we’re amazed with how modern and clean it was. It had pamphlets on what to do around Tahoe along with dinner recommendations. We were able to meet Bob who was so delightful and sweet. They also left a little note with a bottle of champagne. Definitely recommend staying here!

We've enjoyed Tahoe for over 30 years and enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Tahoe has to offer. We love the easy access right out the front door to trails for hiking and mountain biking while kayaking, SUP and other watersports are a short drive away. Wildlife is abundant in our area and you may catch a glimpse of a bear during summertime or our local bobcat in the winter. Dining, nightlife and other Tahoe activities are close by and we're centrally located (5 miles away from Stateline, 8 miles from Fallen Leaf Lake, Camp Richardson and Pope Beach).

It is a quiet, relaxing, private place to get away and seems miles away from the hustle of the city, but only a short drive to the lake for a swim and Stateline casinos and restaurants for a night out on the town, outdoor concerts, or fine dining.

The unit is furnished in a beautiful Mountain Modern style. It has a complete kitchen with high end appliances, utensils, fixtures and amenities. LED lighting throughout, the unit is a clean, well-lighted place that makes relaxation with a good book or your companion super easy. The comfort level of the unit is superior with Warmboard™ heating making all the unit glow with silent radiant heat. When it heats up in the summer an AC unit allows for comfortable afternoons and evenings.
