A cozy, inviting living room with a large sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing with 6-8 loved ones. Enjoy entertainment on the 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix, kick back on the oversized bean bag, or unwind in one of two stylish accent chairs.

A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home – including a gas range with a convenient pot filler, a Keurig coffee maker, ample bar seating, a chic wine bar, and a dining table that seats eight.

An expansive deck that spans the width of the house, offering a beautiful outdoor dining space for eight, plus a comfy outdoor couch where you can relax and enjoy sunset views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Upstairs, the second floor features:

Other Notes: *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.

*Outdoor showers and spigots will be turned off from December 1st to late March to ensure pipes do not burst should we experience freezing temperatures.

*Please Be Aware : This coastal home is elevated. The entrance and main floor can ONLY be accessed via exterior staircase. Once inside, the bedrooms are located an additional floor up, and can ONLY be accessed via interior staircase.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
