Surfing in Punta Mita – World-Class Waves for All Levels

Punta Mita is one of Mexico’s premier surf destinations, offering consistent waves year-round for surfers of all skill levels. Casa O sits directly in front of a mellow longboard-friendly surf break, making it possible to paddle out just steps from the property.


Resort Access Fee:

Effective January 6, 2026, Club Punta Mita requires a mandatory one-time access fee per guest for stays of up to 30 days when a property is rented.

This new access fee replaces the previous minimum consumption fee previously charged at the beach clubs. Charges will still apply at tennis clubs, gym, golf, etc.

Current access fees are as follows:
• Adults & teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children under 5: No charge

The access fee provides entry to Club Punta Mita amenities, beach clubs, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball clubs, and other Premier Membership privileges.

All guests are required by Punta Mita Resort to provide identification in advance for access card registration and resort security clearance.
Rules & Policies

Casa O accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants.

The property is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. If traveling with friends or family staying elsewhere in Punta Mita, we kindly ask that all guests respect the Hacienda de Mita community and its Rules & Regulations. For larger gatherings, the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club located on the property is the most appropriate venue.

Many Hacienda de Mita owners and residents spend extended periods in Punta Mita throughout the year, and we ask all guests to be respectful neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Punta Mita maintains world-class security throughout the resort community, including 24-hour staffed gates and beach security patrols.

Your reservation is not considered finalized until the rental agreement has been fully signed. If the agreement is not completed within 7 days of the initial reservation request, the reservation may be canceled.
