Our newly remodeled home nestled within the trees has a large, open and grassy backyard allowing you to walk to the dock and into the water.

Loved Lake Life Here!

Beautiful property in a great quiet location on Lake Lanier. We had a group of 10 friends and family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved all the water activities we enjoyed right off the dock. Thank you for sharing your home on Lake Lanier, we had a wonderful time!

Incredible view

My wife and I stayed at the house during the summer time. The house is great clean and warm. The view is incredible.Very nice and quiet area of the lake. Close to the City of Gainesville where you can find all the shops and restaurant.Recomended.

Beautiful Lake Property!!

We loved staying at this beautiful property with our friends and kids! We brought our boat and had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. The house is super close to Gainesville Marina but is in a quiet cove. The house is a nice layout as there is the cottage house with main bedroom and bunk room right next to the main house and it’s all connected by a wonderful deck that stays shaded most of the time. The basement game room is a great place for teens to hang out. The hosts are great and very communicative. We loved our stay!!! Would highly recommend!

A slice of heaven

We love love love this lake house! Outstanding view of lake nestled on quiet cove. The separate guest house was great for my elderly mom to have her own space and sleep in! Amenities were very nice and owners accessible and very accommodating. We definitely want to return next year!

Great getaway

This is a wonderful property located in a secluded spot at the lake. We had a wonderful time with our family here for Thanksgiving. Communication with the host was excellent and everything about the house was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House on the Lake!

My family stayed at this property in Mid-July and everything went great. The house is fantastic with a lot of nice sitting areas and great separation of space. My wife and I brought our two young adult kids, my daughter’s boyfriend, and a friend of my son’s. Six of us in total. The beds were great, the kitchen is great, the access to the lake is great, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The house was super clean and all updated. Even the outdoor furniture was super clean and very nice. As for activities, I can’t speak too much to that because my sister lives on the lake with a boat and jet skis so we spent most of our days over at her place. But I really enjoyed unwinding in the evening out back on the big porch overlooking the lake. We also used the bbq grill a couple of times and it was in great working order. You won’t be disappointed with this property.

Long-term Stay and Host was Amazing!

Kim hosted our clients who were displaced from their home for repairs, and as the materials were back-ordered and repairs took longer, Kim was very patient, understanding of our process and gracious enough to work with us on extensions. Not only is her home lovely, but she is, as well! I highly recommend Kim's rental!

Family Escape & Unwind

The property is an ideal escape to a peaceful retreat from the daily city routine to unwind. The home is perfect for entertaining, back-porch sitting to absorb the beautiful quiet lake cove and vibrant sunsets, with a perfect layout of sleeping quarters and baths allowing privacy for you and your guests. A large boat dock that accommodates boating enthusiasts, as well as water-side relaxation with an occasional dip or float in the lake for adults and children alike, or to watch the ducks gliding over the water. The property is located on the northern part of the lake on a very peaceful cove away from the heavy weekend boating traffic that provides a stress free and safe stay for kayaking, swimming, and boating for adults and children. Kim, the host was wonderful and ensured beyond our expectations that our stay exceeded all of our needs. One of the best getaway experiences we have had, all around.

Perfect Little Getaway

Such a stunning property! The view from the house down to the lake was absolutely breathtaking (the pictures only provide a glimpse to its actual in-person beauty). The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. My friends and I had a fantastic time. All 10 of us were able to comfortably fit. The dock was also large enough for my friends and I to sit on and enjoy the views of the lake. There really are so many good things to say about this property, but to sum it all up it allowed my friends and I to have a perfect little getaway. I couldn’t have picked a better property! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent on the lake!!

Family Gathering

House, yard and dock were clean and well kept. View from the deck was very nice; the deck and the dock became the popular gathering places to relax and catch up. Living room was spacious enough for everyone to get together and interact comfortably. On the tech side, wireless was easy to get on and screen sharing to the large TV in the living room worked readily.

Pontoon Inauguration

This lake front house was a comfortable place for my friends and family to launch my brand new Grand Entertainer Tritoon! The pier and boat slip were easy to maneuver around and the view was beautifully serene. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and efficient. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were comfy. The living space and deck were my favorite things because of the stylish decor. The long drive was a bit tricky because there’s no turn around space and room for three vehicles was challenging. However I highly recommend this property and would return for another stay sometime. The owner is thoughtful and communicating with her was a pleasure.

Awesome Lake Front Property and House

Beautiful and quiet property. Very clean house. Perfect for a group around 10 people. The owner was very helpful with any questions and even let us get in early around 1pm. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a Lake House trip/vacation. Gainesville in 15 mins away and has any thing you could need.
