Just across the street from Kamaole State Beach Park II, this exceptional 1 bedroom, 1 bath end unit condo is bright and sunny with windows on three sides providing lots of light and great natural air conditioning. Located on the third (top) floor, there are views of Mt. Haleakala (a dormant volcano over 10,000 feet high), the West Maui Mountains, and an ocean view from the lanai. A wonderful bonus is the 1500 square foot private roof deck right off the lanai, great for sunbathing or outdoor dining. Completely remodeled, including all new bathroom, kitchen, floor tile. The bedroom was remodeled in 2013 and has a queen bed. An extensive library, including guides to snorkeling and hiking sites is available. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and coolers are provided.
Shops and dining are all within walking distance. Kamaole Beach, with picnic tables, showers, lifeguard station, and miles of gorgeous white sand beach is right across the street and provides excellent snorkeling, swimming, body surfing and beautiful sunsets. There are laundry facilities on site and a beautiful super size swimming pool.
Kihei Kai Nani is a very quiet complex, consisting entirely of one bedroom condos. This unit is very tastefully decorated 'island style' and we receive lots of comments from people saying that they really feel at home here. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need during your stay.
Kihei is located in sunny southwest Maui along six miles of white sandy beaches. Six golf courses are only a few minutes drive. Kihei is centrally located with easy access to Wailea and Lahaina/Kaanapali attractions.
Our family has a long history vacationing in the Islands, visiting Maui since the 1960's and later visiting Sarah's mother when she moved to Kihei Kai Nani in 1974. Summers are spent in Anchorage, Alaska, with visits to California in spring and fall to see the grandchildren. We all look forward to our winter vacations in Hawaii, and so far have been fortunate that the whole family gathers there most every year.

Kihei Kai Nani is a quiet complex consisting entirely of one bedroom units directly across the street from the Kamaole Beach II. The location is fabulous - shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is one of the nicest in the area. The lifeguard stations are an added benefit.
Our unit at Kihei Kai Nani is an end unit on the top floor of Building #11 with windows on three sides making it sunny and bright and allowing the trade winds to flow through the unit.
The most unique benefit is the 1500 square foot private deck, one of the few in the complex, perfect for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The super sized swimming pool is great for swimming laps. Other unique amenities include a shuffleboard court and an outdoor, covered pavilion which one can reserve for private parties. The staff is great - friendly and helpful.

We have considered ourselves extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at this lovely condo. Very well equipped with everything one would ever need. Clean, quiet, charming decor, 1500 sq f deck , home away from home! Perfect location right across from Kamaole beach, close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Sarah could not have been a more gracious and wonderful owner. Answering all my emails (and there were many ;) in a promptly manner and having supplied everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. We simply cannot thank Sarah and her family enough or rave enough about the property we had the privilege to stay at. Definitely would recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely place. Pure paradise. Thank you for this majestic experience :)
My boyfriend and I stayed at this unit for one week and it was perfect for our needs. The unit is cozy and quiet with more than enough space for the two of us. The condo has a great layout with a large open room for the kitchen and living space that leads out onto the deck. The kitchen has all appliances you might need, and we took advantage of this often, cooking at the condo. The deck is HUGE! Each day we ate breakfast out on the deck and spent several hours reading on the comfortable chaise lounge chair. We put up the umbrella on the deck for shade when it got too hot. The beach is a very short walk (right across the street!) and the condo has huge comfortable towels and beach chairs to take down to the beach and pool. There are many delicious restaurants and an amazing grocery store all within a few minutes walk, so we rarely needed our rental car. This really is the perfect location for a beach condo and we hope to return soon!
My hubby and I recently stayed in this condo for our first ever hot holiday... it was very enjoyable. Location was close to many great beaches and shops. Owner was responsive via email prior to us getting there which was reassuring. Overall we had a great first vac at this condo and will be back to maui one day.
This very homey unit offers all of the amenities that you could want. From the location to the enormous, bonus patio, this unit is truly a Maui gem. Some of the things we enjoy that are within a short walk; awesome beach, great restaurants, groceries, shops and open air markets. The owner of this unit was a pleasure. Everything from informative, speedy correspondence to a lovely unit that feels like home. We hope to stay In this unit for many years to come. Thanks again.
My husband and I recently stayed a week (9/8 through 9/15) in this nice little one bedroom condo. It's perfect for a couple and maybe one child - two small children at the most. There is a pullout couch to sleep on if needed. The kitchen for us was one of the highlights! It was so nice to be able to cook a nice meal and everything you could ask for in a kitchen is there. :). We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards.
Great private LARGE patio just outside the back sliding door, we didn't use it much but it was so great to have it for star gazing at night.
The other highlight that will bring us back to this condo is the location - you can literally walk across the street to a beautiful beach. It was never crowded and perfect for nightly sunsets....beautiful!
Sarah, the owner, was always quick to respond to any message and very helpful. :).
It's not a 5 star resort but remember, it's not a 5 star price. We will book again in the future!
