Welcome to this fabulous beachfront oasis! Enjoy a dream vacation just steps from the sand. This oceanfront home is absolutely perfect for you and your family as you relax and enjoy Cape Cod and all it has to offer. With an ocean view from every room, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen will all new amenities. With three sleeping areas, 6 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, this treasure sports free high-speed WiFi, premier cable service, A/C, and all just a few steps to your own private beach!

Please note that we provide comforters, blankets, pillows with pillow covers, and mattress pads for each of the 6 beds in our home. Linens and towels are not provided with our rental. You will need to bring your own linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels or rent them locally as we do not provide. Our home has 2 queens, 1 full, and 3 twin beds.

Linens can be rented for the week (or longer) by contacting one of the local linen rental agencies. They can provide packaged linens and towels for your stay. You will tell them the size of beds and number of beds and they will provided packaged linens and towels for each bed. We recommend the following: The Furies Linen Rental. Website: furiescapecodlinenrentals.com. They will deliver you order to the front porch on the day of your arrival.

Heaven! Best spot on the end of cul de sac with stunning water views from all rooms, especially the outdoor deck. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great communication pre check-in and during stay. Did not want to leave! Look forward to future stay.

Spectacular setting

The home is beautiful with large windows providing beautiful views of the bay. We spent our days just enjoying this wonderful place, long walks on the beach, reading books on the deck. Completely relaxing

Fall getaway

The house was perfect for our stay. The location was great to get to several places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the water. And the Northern Lights were able to be seen on our visit and it was magical! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Escape!

This location is purpose-built for unwinding and relaxing seaside, the idyllic beach house experience! Sunsets are incredible, changes of the landscape with the tides are not to be missed. Private and exclusive location make for an ideal getaway, all with local amenities easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!

Front row seats to the best sunsets!

Beautiful beach home with stunning views from every room of the bay and its amazing sunsets. Sit on the beautiful patio or walk down your private steps to the beach to swim, explore the flats and enjoy long walks along the water. There are shops, attractions and restaurants all close by, but the house and location are so fantastic, you may never want to leave it. The home is lovely, very comfortable, clean and exceptionally well-appointed. The host was very attentive and responsive, providing all the information we needed, and making us feel very welcome. We highly recommend it. It’s a stunning spot.

Two weeks in July

I stayed at this lovely house overlooking the beach for two weeks with my two daughters overlapping for one week. The check in process was easy. The host was very informative. He was also very responsive when we had questions during our stay. The house was very well stocked with items for cooking. Stepping down a very short set of stairs to hit the beach was awesome. I will definitely return.

Spectacular Private waterfront Cape Cod

From the moment we arrived we were overtaken by the stunning views and private location. The accommodations and amenities went far beyond our high expectations. David is the ultimate host. He truly assisted us with all aspects of our stay. From changing our dates, to restaurant recommendations his guidance is genuine and compassionate. House with Beautiful Views

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house in Eastham! The house was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it felt like a home away from home.David is a very responsive and accommodating host, who ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is truly unbeatable with gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean right from the house. Direct access to the beach meant we could enjoy leisurely walks and relaxing afternoons by the water whenever we pleased. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking but our favorite experience was exploring the salt flats during low tide. We can't wait to return!

Heavenly location

If you have children, this location is perfection. Having a private beach right at your doorstep is beyond wonderful. When the tide goes out, you can let your little ones play in the tide pools and discover crabs, shells, non-stinging jelly fish. Truly magical. Even when the tide comes in, it is gentle and not too deep. The owner is kind and the communication was great. The open and bright house allows for beautiful views of the water. And the sunsets are too good to be true. We hope to be able to return!

Beachhouse Bliss!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week at this beach house. Pictures accurately portray the inside of the house, which was clean and well-stocked. The views from almost every room are gorgeous at any time of day, especially during the exquisite sunsets. At low tide, we loved digging or taking long walks on the tidal flats and finding creatures, shells and pebbles. During high tide, we enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waves crashing or jumping over the waves. It was incredibly convenient as a family with children to be able to go down the steps to the beach at any time without having to pack snacks, change of clothes, get a sandy car, etc. We also had the beach practically to ourselves most of the time. The clothesline to the side of the house and hose to rinse off were helpful as well. David was very responsive and thorough, kind and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a beautiful family vacation!

So wonderful!

This clean, very comfortable house was perfect for a long September weekend. Well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space and all on a lovely stretch of the cape cod bay beach. We loved it!

Excellent Property Ownership

Excellent for a family with children or 2 couples. High quality outdoor furniture on an excellent deck overlooking clean and safe beaches. Well-working Ac’s, comfy couches, great views were all very appreciated. Ownership is highly responsive. Parking is extremely convenient compared to other adjacent properties. Beach is very clean, level, and untouched as the tide comes in. This also is an advantage to the property. Beach views are the unparalleled highlight of the property.

Beautiful Location in Eastham

Our family has been visiting Eastham for over 15 years. It's truly a special part of the Cape. This home, right on the Eastham bay, made our vacation even more special. With little kids, it was extremely easy to get to and from the beach in time for lunch and naps. We love having both low and high tide for our children to be able to play and explore. The location of the house is close to the CCRT for riding bikes and running. We also took advantage of all the close mini golf locations and restaurants throughout the week. The house itself was absolutely perfect. Plenty of living space and the bedrooms are a great size. David's communication was very clear and timely and he responded to our questions very quickly. Now being home, we miss the water view and beautiful sunsets each day and hope to be back next year!

The Cape off season

You really can't beat the cape off season, smaller crowds less traffic but still all the beauty of the cape at your disposal. This house was wonderful, open the doors and there's the bay. Amazing sunsets and fun walks out in to the bay. Also, being in Eastham close to everything one needs - highly recommended.

Perfect sunset

We had the most relaxing time here. Loved everything about the property and location. Great views from every part of the house and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets. The place was clean, well maintained and great communication from the owner. We lucked out on the weather and spent most of the time on the beach. We hope to go back again.

Perfect Getaway

Gorgeous house and setting at the end of a charming, quiet, dead-end lane. The interior is airy and awash in sunshine from the multiple sliding glass doors and banks of windows facing the bay and sunset. We're two couples in our early seventies, and we hiked everyday during our week-long stay in early May. The AllTrails app can guide you to an array of nearby hikes that range from less than a mile to about 5 miles with lots of options for shortening or combining trails depending on your needs. The walks include beaches, salt marshes, ponds, forests, etc. For example, the Audubon Society Wildlife Sanctuary, about 2-3 miles away, has it all. Most hikes are gentle and suitable even for people with mild knee, hip, or other joint problems (as one of us has). If you need a less physical activity, sit on the deck with a good book or just watch the shore birds as the long tidal flat emerges or recedes with the tide. We all loved staying here, and David, the owner, is incredibly helpful and responsive. The place is perfect for everyone from a family with young children to two couples of lifelong friends like us.

Beautiful property!

We loved our stay at this property! The location is great -- literally right on the beach, and close to the bike path and other amenities. The view of the sunset from the house is spectacular, and it was very special to have unlimited access to the beach to see it, and to explore the tidal flats whenever we wanted. The house was exactly as advertised, and everything was clean and in great shape. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating, and answered our emails right away. We would stay here again for sure!

Eastham beach house

It was just awesome. The low tide is amazing and allows you to walk for miles. So peaceful. And the sunsets are incredible too. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to take it easy, sit back, and relax.

Paradise!

We’ve never been to the flats before and we’re overwhelmed with how magical they are! This house had everything you’ll need for the perfect beach getaway. We walked the flats and were mesmerized by the sunsets.

Beautiful location

This is a beautiful beachfront location. Literally a few steps away from the beach. The views are spectacular from every window. And the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The location was perfect for taking in all the sites on the Outer Cape. We walked the tidal flats at low tide and swam at high tide. Great communication with the owner. Very informative. We look forward to our return!

This amazing treasure is perfectly situated right on Cape Cod Bay in a quiet neighborhood close to the bike trail and just a short drive to Route 6, providing you with easy access to restaurants, cinema, and shops. Looking for big waves, check out Coast Guard Beach at the Cap Cod National Seashore at just 4 miles and Nauset Light and Nauset Beaches within 7 miles. Other spectacular attractions include the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and miles of biking trails and dunes along the Cape Cod National Seashore.

"We have traveled around the world to see the best beaches, there is no doubt this is one of them. The location is superb! We walked on the landscape of tidal flats in the mornings, swam in the afternoons and watched splendid sunsets in the evenings. The house is in very good condition and the host David was very accommodating. We couldn’t ask for more. We will return next year. If you like ever changing beach landscape and sunsets, this is for you.
