The Little Crane on 1st Ave South is right in the heart of legendary Ocean Drive — literally steps away from everything you want! Want to hit the beach? Just walk out the door, and you're there. Craving food, shops, ice cream, or nightlife on Main Street? Everything is a super short stroll away. No cars needed! This awesome building has 7 separate units sleeping 4 to 12 each and can sleep up to 48 people total in 24 queen beds! The downstairs has 5 units sleeping 4-8. Upstairs are two units that sleep 12 each. But here's the best part… there's a massive party deck designed for epic hangouts, sunset vibes, and unforgettable nights with your friends —you're basically living at the heart of the beach party scene! If you've got a big group (over 150 people), you can rent the Ocean Surf Club next door. This is your chance to pull it all together for an epic beach party, weddings, Spring Break, bachelor party, family reunion,or friends trip memory. Who's ready to make this the best trip ever?!

This is a nice property for college students or very young adults. The set up is not convenient for close family members because the only communal area is on the upstairs deck. They do not have a full kitchen. There are 2 kitchenettes with 2 burners. Thor isn’t an oven or a microwave. The host was great it’s just the property set up didn’t meet our needs.
