Enjoy the simplicity of mountain living in our cozy and recently updated cabin located in the private Rubicon Estates. The open kitchen & living area is perfect for friends & family and the large deck makes for green views and outdoor fun. A walk down the block brings you to the private beach & dock where enjoying a hot toddy or cocktail at sunset is highly encouraged. This private neighborhood has wonderful walking and running loops.

The kitchen is fully equipped with including but not limited to; a coffee maker, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, microwave, spices, cookware, baking ware, snacks and more.

Did we mention the back deck has a private hot tub? You'll have all the room you need on our 10,000 sq foot lot!
