Summer Village has three community pools including two family pools and an adult only pool & hot tub, a fitness center, trolley access to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunk. Just down a few Summer Village blocks down there is a pavilion where events are held throughout the season, a game room with a variety of games, a fitness center, tennis and Pickleball courts with equipment available to borrow, a playground for the kiddos with you on vacation and so much more!

Beaches, Beaches ohhh The Beaches! When choosing this location, you have Wells Beach to visit, Footbridge Beach and Ogunquit Beach! The choice is yours!

With two queen bedrooms and one-full bathroom this updated, renovated cottage with all new furniture and beds just beckons you that it is time to sit back, relax and enjoy your Mainecation.

Upon arrival, you enter The Little Skipper to a large sun room where you can either enjoy a cup of coffee and a Maine Novel, or entertain your guests with a delicious Lobster Bake at the dining table! The living room is a great space for relaxing after exploring all the amenities Summer Village has to offer of after a day at Wells Beach or a day in the charming town of Ogunquit.

Perfect place for a Maine vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottages are adorably decorated and well maintained. Super helpful to have laundry and fully stocked kitchen. Super clean. They left us a really fun gift bag with 4th of July goodies. Thank you!! Loved the private grill! The community amenities were great for sunny and rainy days. The heated pool was very helpful on chilly days! The other guests were really friendly. Nice community of owners and renters. Loved the playground and sports options for our family (basketball, tennis, baseball). The trolley was helpful on rainy days! Cottage is in a great location. Easy to access everything. Will definitely stay here for our future vacations. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

Fantastic!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! It was super clean and very well appointed The kitchen had everything we needed to make healthy meals for my children. It is an ideal location, with a very short walk to the playground, pool and covered pavilion. The owners responded immediately and we could reach them day or night. THANK YOU!

Great stay

Love these cottages. My family owns a place and we rented this cottage to have our own space. The property is well maintained and the kids loved the pools and playground.

Amazing stay

We had the greatest time staying at this property. The cottage is much bigger than we anticipated and was perfect for our family and in-laws! It had everything we needed for the week, all we had to do was bring our personal items and food! The property is amazing, you never have to leave and will always have something new to do! It is incredibly close to beaches, parks and shopping. We will be coming back.
