Southern Exposure|BeachBox|Sleeps 30! - Secluded!

Large, 6 bedroom home just minutes from the beach! Enjoy complete privacy on this 2 acre private getaway. The home was remodeled in 2021, and furnished to fit your entire family! Everything in the home is brand new, from the MASSIVE couch to the dining table and mattresses! The kids will love the large bunk room with ping pong table, foosball and arcade!

NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect your trip investment.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Driveway can hold up to 8 cars max.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

Pre Christmas Getaway

For the most part the property was very enjoyable. It was away from the coast and secluded for our get together and pet friendly. Overall property was in very good condition. A couple of small details. One there needs to be better lighting on the exterior stairs. When it go dark it was hard to see going up and down. Two, an alarm went off in the middle of the first night and I got lucky getting it turned off. Could not get a hold of anyone. Other than that part, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed this spacious, clean and private property. Our teen boys enjoyed the game room. We were secluded but close to Galveston attractions. A perfect balance. Highly recommended for multi-generational families.

Racist to African Americans

We were evicted from the property around midnight. Due to having a gathering for my husband that they knew about.They lied and said they warned us 3 times about a noise complaint. We only spoke to a security guard once which we was then told we had to leave immediately. The security guard is friends with host , so please be aware that blacks are not welcome to this property. The host was upset about multiple cars being there for the gathering. The only people that were spending the night were a few guests and kids and 5 vehicles. They literally waited to get the money, please be aware if you are African American do not book !

Huff Family Vacation

Upon arrival noticed that 2 of the outside trash cans were full to the brim. Kitchen had cobwebs in the corners near the ceiling. House needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Several guest fell coming down the stairs, due to the condition of the stairs. Nails were protruding out of the boards, stairs need a complete overhaul. I will never rent this property again.
